The price has been raised, but it’s still fairly nice and reasonable to be honest. They are so generous with their scoops. Gimme Smore is definitely my new all time favorite here. It’s so delicious with lots of chocolate chunks and marshmallow swirl. Definitely come back and will recommend here to anyone! (*) First Review: Whenever I'm in the mood for an exquisite ice cream delight, Gil & Bert's is my top choice. Their extensive flavor selection, paired with affordable prices, makes every visit a treat. What sets them apart is the staff's generosity—be it in the form of generous samples or the actual servings.

I got the Cannoli Ice Cream, and it was quite tasty. Generous scoop for the price. Lost points for 2 reasons: 1. if an establishment closes at 9:30, I expect that arriving before 9:10 is early enough to be served. Unfortunately, the line here closes by 9, and anyone not in the stanchion is turned away (unless you are friends with the server guarding the line). I think a posted closing time of 9, with serving everyone remaining in line at 9 would be a much better solution and avoid issues. Numerous flavors, including flavors on the sign listing “now in-stock” were indeed NOT in stock. Fortunately I had a few backup flavors in mind, but I appear to have misunderstood what “in-stock” entails.

Glad I got to try Gil & Bert’s before leaving town, even if it took two tries to not be turned away. Best, a visitor to Cranbury from...

Your ice cream and service is usually excellent but I am really disappointed by today's experience. The guy who was at the register was obviously not in the mood to work today or something. He did not greet any customer (wasn't even busy it was just me and one other customer waiting) one of quart I ordered wasn't even filled properly. I ordered an extra waffle cones, he literally picked up the waffle cones and put it on top of register box (cashier box) without any clean sheet of napkins or paper. He could have grabbed the waffle cone and put them right into the paper bag but instead he decided to put it on top of cashier box..it makes me question your sanitary.

I also found big ice piece inside the regular size waffle cone ice cream....
