First time there my husband and I asked for a chic pea salad to be made in a salad as seen on the website what we got was complete opposite of everything we saw on website and paid close to $60 just to walk away with a tiny container of chic pea salad not in an actual salad like we asked them a banana whip looked nothing like the website photo it was mushy banana and that's it no whipped cream and anything else which I mentioned was our first time calling the person was not very informed on the items it seemed and when we got there the woman there spoke to us not sure if it was because of our race but she perked up when taking the order of the person opposite our race which was disheartening because my spouse and I were excited to try this place and now we will not go back nor recommend to anyone we know like we planned. Hopefully no one else encounters what we experienced going there. We went on a Sunday around 11 am . We were disappointed…. The BRB açaí you later bowl was such a let down. I’m convinced that the employees or owners do not taste the food. Because if they did, they’d realize that putting raisins in a frozen meal doesn’t make sense. The raisins hardened into literal rocks from the cold!! It’s actually funny because the raisins were literally shattering in my mouth like glass lol. That was a horrible experience 😂 . The açaí base was flavorless. Wasn’t sweet at all. Literally just tasted like water as if there was no fruit in it. They must have used food coloring or beet to get the color bright red. Def not berries.

Similarly, the tropical rose smoothie tasted very bland. It tasted like they put 2 strawberries, 1/8 of a banana, ice & water in a blender. Tasted like hardly any fruit was added to it!

IMPORTANT UPDATE: experienced two sanitary/safety issues within one month. Given molded food and hair in food. This establishment has been wonderful in the past. After experiencing two sanitary issues within one month unfortunately had to write this review.

This is disappointing to write. I am a regular customer. I've enjoyed their services. Unfortunately for past couple months it’s been continual disappointments. Each delivery does not provide certain essentials.

Next, I have a specific allergy. Called to inform of the allergy, they informed it would be removed and it was placed in the order. This was concerning. Normally, they are wonderful and accommodating. It appears to be a recent dwindle in my experience with this location.
