China Fun — Restaurant in Cranston

Ugh, I do not like to leave bad reviews... But I think it’ll be helpful to others (no disrespect to the owners, hopefully you can accept as constructive criticism)

I ordered food for the first time and it is unfortunate for me to say the food was tasteless and not well balanced; Allow me to explain: I ordered steamed dumplings, wonton soup and house special lo mein. Starting from A to C, the steamed dumplings were way too doughy, it was very chewy almost like gum and the meat was questionable! By that I mean it had an odd flavor. The wonton soup the same was way too doughy and too thick and actually they skimped on the meat inside because there was barely any! Not only that, but the wontons tasted as if they had been frozen way too long, the meat was awful; hard and just an unpleasant taste. The house special lo mein, completely tasteless and was oily... I would not mind so much whether the lo mein was oily if it had good seasoning, but it was just bland.

The good thing about these items is that it is a good amount, which is why I gave the two stars. But I have to say I could not and did not finish either of the plates. And I began to feel sick within 15 minutes of having the first bite. I am sorry China Fun, but do better, I usually will give my pups my left overs... but not this time. This is peeing through the buttocks waiting to happen... I am truly...

My boyfriend had placed an order for himself and I, the woman had incorrectly took our order and made the food spicy which i cannot eat that. When my boyfriend had called back stating their mistake the woman had yelled at him and insisted he was wrong and refused to let him speak to a manager and said the driver was "out". Then when he had said I ordered non spicy she had said I have your whole order history you always order spicy, but that doesn't mean that two meals was for my boyfriend and continued to yell at him. Finally when she had finally given the phone to a manager he had asked if my non legal age of drinking boyfriend if he was drunk and screamed at him saying I want my spicy general taos chicken back even though my boyfriend stated that he had ate a piece to make sure it wasnt spicy so I could eat. He then refused to give us a refund and said we had to go there and he would only give us a side order of non spicy general taos chicken with no rice. These "adults" are completely unprofessional, they will no longer be receiving our service. That was a waste of a meal neither of...

I've ordered delivery twice from China Fun. The first time I placed my order online and paid via credit card. This restaurant charges a 3.99 delivery fee. When the delivery driver ( a female) met me at the door she handed me a slip to sign, which I did then she looked at it and handed it back and said " you have to write the amount". I wrote the amount for the total, taxes and delivery fee. She stormed off. The second time I ordered I placed my order online and chose cash as payment option. This time the delivery driver ( same woman) came to the door my fiance handed her $53 ( the order with total, tax and delivery fee was 51.43) and she counted it while standing there and told him she needed two more dollars. He came into the house to ask me if I gave him enough and I said check the reciept. 51.43. I go to the door and she says don't order delivery anymore, only through GrubHub or doordash. I understand the need to tip, servers and most delivery I generally tip well, but this place already charged a...
