I visited this place four times and I want say I loved the first visit the girl and manager in the drive thru great experience but the next times were bad one day they gave me a wrong drink, the second time they forgot the sugar and my coffee test old and the last time my husband's coffee and the croissant was cold, it's hard when you need a coffee in the mornings after moved the state and had a bad experience... I don’t understand how a companies motto is “ America Runs on Dunkin” but yet they can never get your order right.. it’s simple.. frozen coffee with caramel and whipped cream.. roasted pepper chicken wrap.. 25 count munchkins.. food is served still half frozen I have to take it home and cook it myself.. they must not know how to count bc they only gave me 20 munchkins.. and my frozen coffee was horrendous! I waited over ten minutes inside. Multiple people saw me never acknowledged me or said anything at all. I stood in clear view , there was even someone in front of me prior to coming in which I stood behind. I watched them take care of every car in the drive through that came after me and ignore me.
