Papi's Tacos (Cranston) — Restaurant in Cranston

Extremely disappointed…. First time trying Papi’s Tacos and boy what a waste of money! $65 in the literal trash can. Food was BLAND! ZERO flavor! We got Birria tacos, beef hard tacos, rice and beans and chips and guacamole, and nacho fries. I’d say rice was boxed rice but even boxed Goya rice tastes better than this. Beans were like a can of beans blended with too much salt (which is funny considering nothing else was seasoned…) just runny and plain not good with a weird after taste. I can't recommend this place because their food is deceptively advertised. I ordered everything that I got (tacos, tostada, burrito) with what they call "steak" but it wasn't steak at all. It was some kind of cheap beef byproduct. The "steak" was not meat at all. It was gross morsels of fat and chewy connective tissues and not worth the cost. The Papi’s Taco in Cranston is awful. I have a severe tomato allergy when I call or my boyfriend calls for an order we state that as well as saying no tomato’s in food items. While we are waiting for the order we double check with the workers yet for the third time I have received food with tomato’s. My allergy is severe enough that I have an epipen.
