Taco Bell — Restaurant in Cranston

I asked for 2 soft tacos, 2 chicken Chipotle melts, a cheese roll up and a Doritos Loco taco Supreme. I returned because I was not charged or given the cheese roll up and the dorito taco was not made properly. I pulled back into the drive through and stated this in a calm, respectful and professional manner. They said pull up - I get to the window and the lady SCREAMS - I GAVE YOU 4 CHEESE ROLL UPS AND THE TACO FOR FREE ; then slams the window in my face. Then a kid opens the window - sticks his whole body out the window and says " what is your problem "? I gave him the receipt, and said I'm sorry for the inconvenience the issue is - I was not being charged for the roll up that Iasked for and the taco Supreme was not made correctly. He was livid this was what I was bothering him about this. SLAMS WINDOW AGAIN. The old blonde lady comes back a few minutes later and says " he gave you the roll up for free even though you didn't pay" then slams the window again. I was polite and respectful and the whole team was ready to fight because my order was wrong... The new taco they gave was completely smashed and the cheese roll up was filled with cold un-melted cheese. The oddest experience over a taco. They were so rude and so willing to fight someone who didn't give them attitude, wasn't rude or making comments ; just wanted a taco with sour cream and a roll up I asked...

This taco bell is an absolute joke, I only went to this one because the Cranston st location was ignoring people who were pulling into their drive through. Upon pulling into this locations drive through (about 1am) and after ordering I'm informed that "There is no beef left for the rest of the night, only chicken or steak" okay, I was mostly going to get chicken anyway no problem. After being forced to be upcharged on the taco in my meal and having the bag handed to me I take a peak inside to make sure everything is there and find that someone didn't bother to wrap one of the tacos so everything is basically all over the inside of the bag. Cool nothing like a deconstructed taco I overpaid on, not like I wanted to eat that one anyway. Once I got home and started eating it quickly became apparent that they were running out if chicken too, I essentially bought taco shells, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and a little sauce I barely found any chicken at all, there certainly wasn't any in the bag! Nothing like getting ripped off by a major chain because they failed to plan appropriately to do the one thing they're supposed to be decent at. I will never go to this taco bell ever again, I'll only let you rip me off once, I would advise anyone who goes here to make sure their food is made correctly and they're not just selling you some...

My husband and I had visited this place long time ago and we will never go to this place at all in the future and would not recommend to go there. We ordered 4 people food so obviously a big order. They did not had all the stuff and gave us alternatives while waiting to get the food on the drive through window. Got the order and quickly checked the order into the parking before heading to home. We went back on drive though because of missing item in the order. The person was so rude and did not accept of having a missing item when talked to. We gave the entire order package back on the window and asked them to check and they promised us to wait in the packing and give us our missing order. On top of that, Strange thing we noticed after reaching home. We are vegetarian and asked for beans in entire order. We had clearly mentioned to use only beans, no meat at all. Still, They put half beans and half beef in the of the order except veggie salad. I do not understand how they came up with half bean and half beef unless they give you pre made food, not fresh. We traced all our food and headed to Dominos to get Veggie pizza for our Dinner because Tacobell ruined our...
