Wendy's — Restaurant in Cranston

I love Wendy's. I love the cute red headed Linda babe. I love that she wears a necklace that says 'mom.' I love Dave, god grant him rest and bliss. I love that I can just walk in and use the bathroom... that's really the only reason I went. The employees are kinds ands courteous and have given me free ice water before in tiiiiiiiiiiiimes of difficulty. Square burgers is a plus in my book too, fresh, never frozen! Wendy reminds me of my truest love, she a redhead and my angel sent from heaven...and and and she is uber faithful to her momma, even when her momma don't quite necessarily deserve the highest honour...but then again...I deserve much less from this saintly woman, so I will drink the dirtied water myself if i must...my angel is Linda Marie, nobody can excel her. She is the queen of my heart and my souls keeper. Thank you for letting me tell my saga...Mary is the real deal. 🔥🌹💚🌹🔥

Absolutely horrible place when I tell you that you ar better off going to anywhere else and eating a brick off the floor I mean it. I’ve been here 3 different times and every time they mess something up. This one particular night I ordered a biggie bag and it was missing fries we went around again and they charged me for another meal and if I asked if I got charged for the fries (only the fries I asked for) they said yes. I checked my bank account and was charged for the whole meal. So blantley lying to my face about charging and I offered to pay for the fries THAT THEY MISSED IN THE FIRST PLACE. Eventually after going around for the third time I got my money back. DONT GO HERE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR OR ME. If you want to be charged extra for the food you orderd just because of there laziness then boy have I found the place for you. It’s all horrible I wish I could say more. 3 diffrent times I’ve been here they mess it up...

This establishment needs to be shut down and all employee should be fired. I placed an order on the Wendy’s app, when I went to go pick up my order I was told they didn’t receive it. I showed them my receipt and order number. I soon seen that it was picked up when I never picked it up (checked the cameras, I was not there to pick up until now 5/20/25 @10:40pm) About 5 mins went by a guy with the nasty metal grills and the “manager” I'm assuming then said that I placed the order for next day pick up WHEN THE APP DOESN'T EVEN ALLOW THAT which also doesn’t make sense when they told me the order was never there, like which one is it. I was told they could not make my food or give me a refund since it was not in the system which totally contradicts what they told me. I even checked my receipt to see if I was at the right location...
