Got dinner from here last night for something quick since we were working on our house and volunteering places all day. The ordering process was good. They were polite and quick. Got to the window to pay and got 2 of my 5 drinks no straws. He asked that we pull up. No problem. It's dinner time, we have a big order and there is probably someone at the box. Not a soul was at the box. We waited for 15 to 20 minutes. He brought all the bags. I asked if the kids apple juices and straws were in there since I already knew they were missing. Apple juices were but no straws. He had handed me the food and was already to my rear but before I could ask about the juices and straws. He didn't say anything I could here. Went in and grabbed the straws. I never got a chance to ask for Arby's sauce for the Berry sauce for the poppers. While I was keeping the feed. The au jus was on its side in the bag and leaking out the vent hole. The bag and my daughter's lap was soaked. I had to take all the contents from one bag and put in the other. I asked at the box, what turnovers were already made so I didn't have to wait. I got 2 cherry and 3 apple. The outsides of the cherry were darkest I ever seen and they were all flat. They were fully cooked, but they oven settings were not right at all. They were cold like they were in a chiller fridge. I knew they were already made, but usually they are just room temp. Everything else was normal. I could tell they made the poppers fresh, but everything else was cold like they bagged it and waited for those to get done.
My improvement suggestions. Check the oven for the turnovers. Ask for sauces when you are pulling someone up or just give what most people ask for. If you have food down buy waiting on something. I would give what you have so it's warm in our hand and acceptable even though when we leave it'll be cooled down. Tell why you are pulling us up and roughly how long. Read moreOn Friday, August 5, 2022 around 5:00, my mom and I went to try the new fish with hush puppy breading and fries. We ate inside. The young man took our order said he would call our name when our order was ready. He never did, nobody did..we ended up going back up to the counter to ask if our order was ready and a girl was super rude, pushed a tray with our food towards my mom without saying a word. Who knows how long it had been ready? Then while we were eating the young man, cashier, got soo frustrated we could hear him saying, “Everyone is ordering the fish and I am freaking out with all these people!” He then went and locked every single door in the dining room so that no other customer’s could come in! People were outside trying to open the doors and they were locked!! There was maybe 8 people inside. Other customers and I were shocked and couldn’t believe what was happening! We were looking at each other like what is going on?? I don’t understand why he was freaking out and I just found it Soo unprofessional and uncalled for! We stood in line for 20 minutes while the cashier was doing everything else except taking orders when there was NO customers in drive thru and 3 more people came in after us and turned around and walked out. NO ONE cane to help the cashier and FINALLY after OVER 20 minutes the manager came up to help. Absolutely HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
