Subway — Restaurant in Crawfordsville

Placed an order through the app at about 8pm on a Saturday evening, didn't get past "received" for 30 minutes so I called the store. Guy answers as he's speaking to someone else and after a moment says "Subway". So I explain to him what's going and he says "what's the name on the order man?" in a way that made it clear he felt I was inconveniencing him. I give him my name and he tells me that it's been ready. Fantastic, thanks for letting me know.

I arrive to a completely empty parking lot, and no other customers inside. Just two employees. He points to my food, I take it and leave. Get back to my hotel, open the sandwiches to eat and realize the $9 I was charged for extra meat and to add bacon to my two subs was money I'll spent, because neither sub has either of those things. I know because I eat Subway a lot, and I always get the same thing. Temperature of the food lets me know it had been made within ten minutes of me ordering it, and it's sat there for ~45 minutes. No teriyaki sauce on the sweet onion chicken teriyaki sub.

This was by far the best Subway experience I have ever had! For reference, my husband and I get Subway once a week before driving to work together so we’ve been to quite a few locations. I have never had fresher ingredients, softer bread, and faster staff than this location!! When I came in there were easily 25 people ahead of me (field trip or something) and they cranked through the whole group in under 20 minutes whereas any other location I’ve been to can only get through a handful of people in 20 minutes. Also to top it off, this location accepts coupons and gift cards! I wish I could give higher than five stars and we now have a new...

I went to the drive through, a boy and girl were sitting outside and went inside. I pulled up to the order window and the boy waved me up. He said there aren’t enough of us working to take your order at the drive up window, I just laughed and drove off. I’m guessing this is some rule someone made up for when they are busy, not when they are standing around doing nothing. I went through the McDonalds drive through.
