I just started working in the area and this is the closest DD I can get to and was so excited because it’s less than a minute from my job with a drive through, so I can stop by before work quickly. I’ve been there about five times and every single time my order was incorrect at least one thing. I was missing hash browns once, my coffee was made wrong once, they never mix your drink so your first sip is just sugar, and I was missing a few other things too on a few occasions. I can’t go back to I fix it or get what’s missing because I have to work and can’t just leave. This is unacceptable and very disappointing. Lastly, I find it very terrible that if you order off the app and the store messes up you have to go through a whole process to get your money back or fix the issue because the store cannot fix it, you have to call customer service. They people there are very nice. I'm not a fan of their iced coffee (its a premade jug of coffee concentrate, not brewed) but I loved their iced tea and bought it daily until a year ago they stopped carrying lemon for the tea. Who drinks iced tea without lemon? Maybe in the south they prefer just sweettea but this is the north east? How expensive is it to have lemon slices available or even lemon juice packets? Other DD in NJ have stopped carrying lemon. At first I kept one of those little plastic lemons in the car but in the summer it goes bad. I used to buy donuts when I went too. I go to this Dunkin’ often since it’s the only drive thru close to me. My typical order is the frozen coffee, and it has consistently been liquidy. I’ve ordered it probably over 20 times now and not once has it been frozen. It is the consistency of an iced coffee. I’ve asked them for extra frozen extra ice and it STILL comes to me like iced coffee. Additionally, today, I wanted to try something new, so I asked if their watermelon burst donut was actually good.
