First time ordering they forgot a wrap which was no big deal. Theyâre new and it happens. But after today I wonât be going back. I pulled up to the drive thru and after sitting there for a minute or two a girl bursts through the mic laughing hysterically. She asks me what I want and I tell her the bagel. Then after that a man asks if I want anything else. I said my drink then the girl takes over the mic again laughing uncontrollably. They kept swapping who was talking but it wasnât exactly funny. Iâm assuming they were trying to recreate that tik tok where a Starbucks worker switches voices with her boyfriend to confuse customers. They kept asking me to order, and I told them 4 times their menu was down, then they asked me to pull forward to the window. I got to the window and they asked me what I would like to order. I asked them if they had a menu since their drive-thru menu is down, and they said no. I asked how I was supposed to order if I don't have a menu, and their response was I would have to come inside the store. No customer service at all. Didn't bother attempting to relay what kind of breakfast items were on their menu. If I have to come inside to order, then just say that, initially. Or better yet, have a live menu on a tablet for when your drive-thru menu goes...
