Dunkin' — Restaurant in Cresson Township

First time ordering they forgot a wrap which was no big deal. They’re new and it happens. But after today I won’t be going back. I pulled up to the drive thru and after sitting there for a minute or two a girl bursts through the mic laughing hysterically. She asks me what I want and I tell her the bagel. Then after that a man asks if I want anything else. I said my drink then the girl takes over the mic again laughing uncontrollably. They kept swapping who was talking but it wasn’t exactly funny. I’m assuming they were trying to recreate that tik tok where a Starbucks worker switches voices with her boyfriend to confuse customers. If it was just the voice changing fine but I don’t exactly feel like being uncontrollably laughed at by a teenage girl. I recently visited the Dunkin’ in Cresson and had a delightful experience. The location is convenient with ample parking, making it easy to stop by whether you’re in a rush or planning to stay for a bit.

The staff was friendly and efficient, taking my order with a smile and ensuring everything was prepared correctly. The coffee was fresh and just the right temperature, exactly what I needed to start my day. I tried their signature donuts, which were deliciously fresh and perfectly glazed.

Lazy staff work here. Came at around 6AM, and the electronic drive-thru menu was down. They kept asking me to order, and I told them 4 times their menu was down, then they asked me to pull forward to the window. I got to the window and they asked me what I would like to order. I asked them if they had a menu since their drive-thru menu is down, and they said no. I asked how I was supposed to order if I don't have a menu, and their response was I would have to come inside the store. No customer service at all. Didn't bother attempting to relay what kind of breakfast items were on their menu. If I have to come inside to order, then just say that, initially. Or better yet, have a live menu on a tablet for when your drive-thru menu goes...
