Stopped in to get 3 ft long subs. Always get them on flat bread. Staff were new, never seen before. One was friendly, other, not so much. The lady put the meat and cheese on across the smaller end; I said "shouldn't you be putting that across the long edge, that's not a ft long". The lady said this is how they are to do them now and it was a ft long (when in actuality it was maybe a 6 inch). Also, the flat bread is more like a wrap and part was hard and crunchy.
