Awful. Absolutely terrible. The service was beyond anything I have ever experienced. I stood in line for 20 min with an unruly 3 year old while the counter girl talked to boys. Finally I asked if I could order. I got my total. I knew instantly things were forgotten. I was correct. I go to get ketchup. Oh, what. They're out of little cups. She stares at me like I'm the idiot for want ketchup at McDonald's for French fries. I said can I have something to put it in and she hands me some packets. Fast forward. Food comes. It's all laid out singly on the counter. As though I'm not holding a very hungry, annoyed 3 year old preventing him from destroying their establishment. I start laughing at this point. They say, we're out of trays. Meanwhile, there's a stack of them taller than my 3 year old within eyeshot waiting to be washed. Me being the seasoned mom, I am somehow manage to get our freshly cooked sodium death to the table. Get the unruly, starving kid situated..open it and everything was basically burnt. If that wasn't bad enough, rather than the crew attempt to wash the trays they "ran out of". They decide to sweep and mop right where myself and 3 other people were trying to partake in eating our way to a guaranteed trip to the loo later. The one thing I have left is the toy. The turtle that my son was so excited to get once he finished his years dose of sodium. I figure I'll save this as a bribe to get in the car because he was already eyeing up the table next to us, ice cream. No way could my nerves handle dealing with that cointer person again. We leave, go to get in the car where he begins to ask for his turtle. Lo and behold. They gave him a hello kitty. The perfect ending to the worst trip to McDonald's in my life. Do yourself and your kids a favor. DO NOT EAT HERE. Go anywhere else. Or don't eat. Visiting this establishment is not worth the headache or time you spend in the...
Read moreWorst experience I've had at a mcdonalds so far was at the cresson location the woman in the drive thru was so unbelievably rude when we asked for a moment to look at the menu her response was she didn't have all day. I ignored this for I figured she's having a bad day I've worked in fast food myself and know the frustration behind the job. I continue on to the window where I pay and show her my coupon she then got mad at me and started yelling saying I should've told her I had a coupon at the drive thru and now she has to ring in my order again I say sorry and we fix the mistake. No harm done. Now I get my receipt and see she charged me for a third big mac meal when I only ordered two I shrugged it off as I knew my father would eat the third meal no big deal. But then I get home and check my order. She gave me one big mac three sets of fries three drinks worst...
Read morePulled up to the Cresson McDonalds Drive-Thru at 8:40PM on a Wednesday evening to find the Drive-Thru all backed up.
I was one or two cars from the speaker and sat in line for 5 minutes and the line did not budge.
I gave up and got out of the line and left.
I counted 7 cars ahead of me in line as I pulled away and it looked like I would have had at least a 20-25 minute wait had I stuck around in line based on the sluggish movement of the line.
There were several cars in the dine-in parking spots meaning it would likely have been a long wait on line inside as well.
Nothing on the McDonalds Menu is worth a 25 minute wait in line to me.
McDonalds is categorized as a fast food restaurant. Nothing about my experience that night demonstrated 'fast'.
Management at the Cresson McDonalds apparently needs to be retrained on how to properly operate a fast...
