Service: service was terrible, our main waiter was kinda rude. We kept on having multiple waiters and waitresses and couldn’t keep up with who was our actual server. Never really checked in on us, there’s an area for them outside in the back to loligag and not really be attentive, definitely when the restaurant is only open for a few hours. When it came to ordering we felt very rushed and felt disrespectful. We were there for a birthday event so just made everyone uncomfortable and that we were an inconvenience. Food: food was definitely not fresh and a lot of their menu items are not priced correctly compared to what was payed. When ordering items, description of the food is not at all what we got. I ordered for an appetizer the Pretzels, key word “Pretzels” not one but two. On their menu it says you get two pretzels but only got one and when I asked to get my second one I get an unapologetic sorry and an excuse and still got charged full price. I’m sorry but that’s called false advertisement and probably might bring it up and see where it gets them. We didn’t order too much to where it would be difficult for a party of 5. But consistently got most of our orders incorrect and forgot items, had to ask multiple times for our sides. When ordering the filet mignon, was not cooked correctly the 1st time and when it came out the second time we were fed up and just dealt with what was there and the side of fries they added on the plate soaked in the juice of the steak and made them super greasy and gross and never got them remade. All in all, paid $140 for food we all didn’t really eat Atmosphere: Honestly, and I mean this from the bottom of my heart. I know this place has been here for a bit and as someone who’s lived here for almost 9 years it has not changed and is still pretty bad. Honest Review: Just wait for Texas Roadhouse, they...
Read moreGood evening. So for fathers day wow what an unexpected experience! First we went to Johnny o quiglys got sat immediately waiting for 15 minutes to not be greeted and to see the host help get drinks for others. That just arrived. So we left which brings me to Samuels roadhouse I was like why not fathers day steak family why not try this out. They were on a small wait as we requested a booth as we prefer one. 25 minutes went by. So we get sat after others who walked in got service first. The lady once sat us I asked why did that happen she said, we waited to get a bigger booth which a regular size would of been acceptable as well do to our 2 small kids my wife and I and my father. Server said shes be right with us we were happy then 5 minutes later she gets a drink order and ordered our app to get it going for the table. Waited 22 minutes for 2 kids drinks a water sweet tea and a bloody Mary that really tasted like no vodka. Standard pour 1.50 in a glass that average size. But finally she got our order and for as slow as they where by that time we waited 15 to 20 minutes got our app which was fried shrimp which takes about 5 minutes and mozz sticks 3 minutes tops... so on top of that we waiting an additional 25 to 35 minutes for a medium rare by strip 8 minutes tops and 7 oz in weight less than. The server said they are waiting in fries. Super disappointing. Sally salvaged what she could to accommodate but I still took care of the server despite the service. Honestly I feel bad for saying anything but I've been in this business and I still am and I'm quite good at this what i do! You are an entertainer they are there to enjoy your hospitality, Do your best to leave an impression so that clients come back. Unfortunately we won't be. Best of luck to Samuels roadhouse the coach n four blew that...
Read moreWent in with my husband and we each got a steak, he ordered the ribeye while I ordered the new York strip. Both of the steaks were SWIMMING in whatever sauce, marinade, something they use. My husband joked and called it a steak soup. It was tangy like a watered down A1 sauce. He ordered fries and grilled onions as a side to go on top of the steak when it came out as well as his steak cooked medium rare. The onions were flavorless and the steak was medium well so we asked to have a new one cooked and when it came back out it was very VERY raw to the point we had a hard time cutting with a knife so they had to throw it back on the grill. My steak I ordered medium rare as well, and it was cooked perfectly. For my sides I ordered broccoli and the grilled onions with mushrooms as well to go on top if the steak the mushrooms tasted.... off I don't know if they were bad or canned or frozen but they did not taste good. The broccoli was flavorless and was sitting in about a ⅓ of a cup of water. I'm not sure if it was frozen vegetables or if it was fresh and boiled instead if steamed but they did not properly drain the broccoli before it was served I literally picked the broccoli up and squeezedthe excess water out of it before trying to eat it. Honestly, I'm disappointed with the quality of the meal. For being the prices that they are you would think there would be one thing what was good about our meal but it was a very underwhelming experience. Next time we will go to Applebee's.
Although the staff was very friendly and accommodating, very nice people. Just,...
