Taco Bell — Restaurant in Crestwood

My daughter recently received birthday money and was excited to spend it by herself. She asked for taco bell. Since it was cold we hit the drive thru. She asked what was on the menu so I read things off. The staff at first was friendly. I explained the situation. To which the staff replied okay order when your ready. I read off 2 items when the staff came back rudely asking, "do you want anything"? I explained again I was reading the menu off to my daughter since she wanted to spend her birthday money. She just turned 11. Upon ordering and driving to the drive thru the attendant was rude, and hateful. She snatched the cash from my hand. After receiving our order I noticed my daughter did not receive the drink she ordered. I asked about it to which I was told I never ordered it. My daughter ordered a meal which comes with a drink!! Turns out the drink was substituted for a drink I ordered separate from my daughters meal. Instead of trying to fix the order I was told I would have to pay separately. An additional 2.99. I took my daughter to McDonald's and bought her a drink from there. I called to speak to the manager only to be met with rude, careless service. I explained the situation he asked what he wanted me to do about it. I told him I wanted to report the rude behavior and asked maybe speak with the staff. Due to the managers careless attitude I would be reporting them. I get we are going through tough times, but that whole situation was unnecessary. Treat people with respect. Especially the kids. This was our first visit to this location. It was Really good! Was greeted when we came in and waited on promptly. The cashier was very pleasant, which is a refreshing change to other fast food locations visited recently. The restaurant temperature was comfortable NOT freezing like most FF locations. Food crave boxes are a terrific value and they were delicious; we got the $5 Nacho box which was huge! We also got a Chalupa crave box, that had a big burrito, taco, Chalupa, nachos w/cheese, and a drink for $5.49! Wow! My husband and I shared this and both got plenty full. Thanks Taco Bell on Veterans Memorial Pkwy. Oh yeah, I couldn't give 5 stars because of all of the tables being dirty and the customers being the ones to clean them off before sitting down. Don't get me wrong, I believe if everyone would just pick up their trash and wipe off what they drop on a table it wouldn't be so bad, but that is not the world we live in these days. We were there for about an hour relaxing in the Dining room and an Employee never did come out to service the Dining room. I will chalk it up to being short staffed...

I went through the drive through and got a steak burrito. with extra sauce . After eating it, I drove through again to pick up one for my loved one at home.I was deeply saddened when my taco bell window was slammed in my face with no thank you, no sauce, no reciept and no napkins, and absolutely no respect. When I asked for condiments I was met with a distasteful regard by the manager statng that "These things are timed,ya know!" I only requested extra sauce, which I will use all of and had paid for. She threatened to call the police. I was in shock for a minute not knowing why she was reacting like this. There were no raised voices to her or her team. Having worked in food service for years in my early life, I value the work they do. Clearly she may need a day off. I realize its difficult work. I did not send food back or complain. I l asked for hot sauce, not a visa lol. I do not think this manager represents the average experience here. I come here a couple times a week. I will not however be harassed for my 299 burrito.
