Burger King — Restaurant in Crestwood

I have never been so disappointed and angry at a restaurant. They say their drive thru opens at 6am. However, they don't understand that means you are to actually serve customers when you are open. Numerous times I have placed mobile orders, get there about 10 minutes later at 7:40am and they are closed. No biggie, easy to get a refund when you tell the all support the restaurant was closed.

Now for the last 2 trips one on Nov. 13th, 2nd today Nov. 21 I did the same routine. Place my mobile order while leaving around 7:30, arriving 10-15 minutes later. Nov. 13, guy gets on speaker and said he "just" got a $50 mobile order so it will be 15 minutes before he can even take my order. I said what about the mobile order I placed 15 minutes ago, he yelled he is doing the best he can and turned off the speaker and walked away. Still trying to get a refund. Now today...same routine, get there same guy working....gets on the speaker and said he is by himself unloading the truck so isn't taking orders, slammed the headset down and walked away before I could say anything.

So, if going, don't use mobile ordering because odds are they can't multitask if...

This store struggled a little when they first opened. I got a cold burger once and probably 3 incorrect sandwiches (grrr...I was really looking forward to the bacon king!!! Instead I got sandwich with onions... my coworkers were not too fond of this either). Now they have seemed to have worked through the kinks and staffing shortage. So if you were disappointed at first you should try again. Staff are very friendly. UPDATE: Went to get a bacon king tonight, when I opened the wrapper I noticed it looked a little weird and not very appetizing. The inside wasn't cooked all the way through! The other sandwiches we got were fine. This is unacceptable. I give up on this store. I did go back up and they gave me a refund for that sandwich. They have lost our business. I can't chance...

Ordered online through the app, the posted store closing time was 8pm, and I arrived at 7:17pm in the drive through to find a hand written note saying the store closed at 7 pm. An employee came reiterated this shortly after through the speaker box. I told them I had a mobile order and the response was I would have to get a refund through the app. Great, not only did I was my time driving to this location, the store did not update their store hours on the app now I have to figure out myself how to get a refund.
