Burger King — Restaurant in Crete

We were passing thru and the restaurant itself was questionable. It was dirty but since my husband is diabetic, we just grabbed something small to eat. The food was horrible and we waited forever about 20 minutes. There wasn't anyone in the place. Two were working the food and one was working the drive thru. Few more people came in then the manager then starts yelling at an employee that came in right in front of everyone. He needs to learn how to manage a restaurant. They need to learn how to clean especially the restroom. It was disgusting 🤢 it looked like it had never been mopped and the walls had never been cleaned. Never again will we go there. I never leave reviews but this just rubbed me the wrong way I rolled up to the pay window and not a single word was said to me, it was just awkward silence. I wasn’t told my total at the window and they just held their hand out for my card or something idk (I was going to pay in cash). I was so thrown off by the situation that I left the window without my drink, when I realized I walked into the location and reminded them I had a drink and they just rolled their eyes and gave their coworker a judging look. Once again no words were said to me at all when I went in, it was so unwelcoming and uncomfortable. The crete bk is terrible, I get parked every time I go there which is not a big deal I'm use to it!! just now I was parked with 3 other cars ahead of me and 2 more behind me and I got my food last and was reassured my sauce was in the bag so I checked like I always do because something is usually wrong with my order and wouldn't you know, NO sauce at all. I had to go inside and get my sauce and was pretty upset. If you park people make sure your orders are correct. I will never go there again I will drive 30 min out of my way to go to another one that does not take 20 min to get food then have it messed up. If it possible to do negative...
