Kozy Beans Coffee — Restaurant in Crofton

I could not wait to try Kozy Beans Coffee. And let me tell you, they did not disappoint! As the name suggests: SUPER “kozy” inside. The atmosphere is one of a kind. I was instantly greeted, not even halfway through the door with smiling, warm faces! Instantly, Ms Julie (the owner) took my order. I gave them a task and asked them to make me their favorite drink and Amelia (one of the managers) was quick to give me 2 favorites, so I chose the honey cinnamon iced latte chefs kiss hands down beats my go to Starbucks/dunkin orders (thanks Julie for the “large” suggestion)!!! And you can’t beat the price either!!! She whipped it up in no time and while I enjoyed my iced latte and pumpkin donuts!!!!(bakery girl) I enjoyed what would be a very genuine and great conversation with Julie. While she held her sweet little Micah, rocking him back and forth, we spoke and I felt like I had known her my whole life. She is a true superwoman and if you ever get the chance, please go in and visit with her, if not for the delicious coffee and treats then for some great conversation. What a gem! Thank you to Julie and your team/family for making that coffee visit my favorite part of my week! I will be back and I will come in numbers!!! Much love...

I just had my first experience at this beautiful coffee spot and I just had to leave a sparkling review. First of all, my iced matcha 🍵 was divine. My server (and I’m embarrassed that her name is escaping me) was skillful and beyond kind. The owner (who also introduced herself: Julie) was also there and greeted me immediately. The whole place exudes love, warmth and authenticity. It had a legit espresso machine and as I used to work in coffee shops, I can appreciate places that keep with tradition to preserve quality. 🙏 This place offered the perfect place for my friend and I to meet and mutually support each other through a rough patch. As I listened to my friend and joined him in prayer, I was captured by the simple mural on the wall behind us which quoted scripture: Matthew 18:20. I feel God led both me and my friend to this beautiful spot. They didn’t kick us out either, even as we stayed past closing.

This will not be the last I visit this coffee spot. It was beautiful all around and so much more than a treat. May God bless all who are apart of this effort. Julie… thank you. Pardon me to my server; I will remember your name next time…...

Our first visit we had an AMAZING experience!!! We visited while in Maryland for vacation. We love a cute coffee shop! Faith-based was a PLUS!!! My husband and I love to enjoy and ask questions and get recommendations for the best items on the menu!!! We had a great experience!!! Unfortunately our 2nd visit a few days later wasnt pleasant at all!!! Different staff working and unhelpful. I ordered the SAME EXACT BEVERAGE and it was NOT the same is ended up throwing it away (cookies and cream latte). No cookie crumble on top and when i asked I was told we dont have that. Ideally it should have been stated it wouldn't be as listed because there were no items. They only had enough cold brew for a small and were unable and unconcerned with providing alternative suggestions. Overall consistency is key we understand the challenges of small business and hope things will get better!! Looking forward to another visit for a GREAT EXPERIENCE our next trip...
