Wingstop — Restaurant in Crofton

Great job with opening y’all! The food was really good, I’ll definitely be back. The food took about 15 minutes from the time of ordering, but it was dinner and you guys just opened, so I would say that’s not a bad time at all. I have a few pieces of feedback to consider, but keep in mind I have only been to one other chain WingStop, so maybe some of these are the standard. First, the restaurant looks great, but I’d love if you could put paper towels/napkins in more places. Secondly, I was really missing the trashcan, please consider putting one accessible in the restaurant. Lastly, and this one is subjective, but the fries were incredibly salty. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing - but if there was an option for lightly salted, it sounds like it’s one of the biggest complaints about new WingStops. Wingstop Gambrills – Highly recommend! We ordered a large party order of wings, fries, and corn, and everything was absolutely perfect. Wingstop is a family favorite. Last night we ordered delivery. There was a mix up of orders with the DoorDash driver. I called the store and the manager corrected the problem. He even called me back later to apologize again and let me know my refund was processed. Great customer service. Mix ups happen it is how it is handled that matters.
