It looks like to me most of these reviews are from old employees. Also no one should put employees names or anyone in their post! All Dairy Queen have days that don't work out. Just like the customers have their days. reviews are to explain the experiences not put bl aim and ruin peoples lives. All I see on reviews are crabby people not getting their way. This is some teens first job and you just showed them how customers think,, only about themselves... Kudos for the restaurant . yes something could of been avoided, just keep working on it as I am sure the managers are. Employees, keep in mind you are there for the job, it is your responsibility to do the job expected of you... You applied and took it... They didn't go door to door to get you.. So show respect towards the store, stay off phones, be polite to that customer (no matter what) you can always vent later.. If know one ever said it. WE are proud of...

Ordered a DQ cake on Wednesday January 22nd 2017, to be picked up on Sunday 26th 2017 (today) I went in to pick it up and they told me they did not have it ready. I stated I ordered it 5 days ahead of time so they were scrambling to figure out what they had... they were gonna take an 8 inch cake off there shelf and throw some writing on it. I said I needed the 10 inch I ordered and I had to be somewhere at noon and I didn't have time to wait. I left and they called me to say they could get me a 10 inch but they have to decorate it still and I'd have to come back to get it. I understand they tried to make it right and do what they could.... but when something is ordered 5 days in advanced... I guess i expect it to be ready :/ haven't heard good things about this DQ to begin with but thought to give it a try... first and last...

While here with my 11 year old sister getting food for my family, my mom recieved 3 pitful chicken strips in what was supposed to be a 4 piece basket. The wonderfully awful young lady working behind the counter by the name of Addison was saying f* with her bf and 2 other friends. She rolled her eyes at me when I gave her a displeased look. They continued to swear infront of my little sister and laugh about it. There was also some random girl in the back making herself a dipped ice cream cone with her hair down and in plain clothes. As far as I know thats breaking some heath codes... Everytime I come to this DQ I have the worst experience and the worst tasting food. I finwlly decided to review it when one of the workers decided to swear infront of my sister. Next time I want DQ I'd rather drive to the Aitkin or...
