Way below one star....I cannot belive how poorly we were treated at this store, today. My family of five stopped in to buy some gear for our mountain biking trip and a tornado warning was issued while we were shopping according to our phone weather apps. Then we thought the town tornado sirens started going off. I asked if they had a basement or secure shelter and was told a few minutes later that an employee had called their boss to ask and they said nobody was allowed to use their basement except employees. I couldn't believe it. Needless to say, we left without purchasing the items that we picked out and we won't be returning. I can't believe store policy or the manager's poor judgment would put people's safety in possible jeopardy. I'm really glad an actual tornado or straight line winds didn't come through...

I went in to the store in Crosby. I am legally blind but have no appearance that would suggest that. I was greated as soon as I entered by a very nice young lady and she asked if she could help me find something. I told her and she walked me to them and helped me decide, made me a couple keys and I was out of there! She was so polite and knowledgeable! usually when going to a different store by myself I have to literally tell people I'm visually impaired because they point in the direction or something quick! I love this store and I don't care if I pay more for something because that is the customer service I miss so very dearly! Great employee!!! Thank...

I love that I have an Ace Hardware close no matter where I visit in the United States and that I can rely on the helpful friendly people that work there making me feel at home! I couldn't find the right button cell batteries and their employees helped me locate them, made sure that I had the right size and offered a full refund (even after the batteries were opened!) if I didn't have the right size.
