Starbucks — Restaurant in Crossville

I've never had to say anything bad about Starbucks...until now..!! Service was great. The person working the window was polite, friendly, and had a nice smile. The coffee came out hot and smelled great. The cost was a bit much, now at $7.24 a cup , but still a good cup of coffee. The issue was the cup. It was handed to me with 2 hands, I placed it in my cup holder, tipped accordingly, and went on my way. As soon as I left and went for a drink, I got the cup up without issue, and right as I went to take a drink, I got the cup to my mouth took a sip and, BOOM, CUP EXOLODES, all over me my truck, my sear, the dash you name it.i pulled over and after a few choice words, cleaned as best I could. Issue is I live in another state, I'm camping here, and the station i stopped at was small and had no cleaning items. Like I said ...coffee good, service good, cups ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!!! For that price they should get you better cups. This is not the first time this has happened, but then it may have been my failure..not sure. This was most definitely a bad choice of product to put good coffee in. Love good coffee...in me...

The friendliest upbeat crew that I have ever come across at Starbucks. I’m from Pennsylvania and needed my honey citrus, mint tea. I can’t say enough about the smiles and the greeting that you came in and the goodbye and have a good day when you went out. Awesome...
