Visited there last week (9/18/14) while on a trip to the Smokies. I was interested in an item and asked what she would take for the item. She told me the price on the item. I said that it seemed a bit overpriced (I know this, as I collect these)and I was calm and respectful (as you get more with honey vs venom). Her response was " Oh Well!, & turns around. She was rude and dismissive. There were no other individuals in the store and I suspect the reason is poor customer service.
