I'm mainly giving this store a 5 star because not only is it good food, but because of all of the idiots my roommate and his co-workers have to deal with. Every day they deal with morons who don't even know their own address for deliveries, who complain about miniscule things (saw a dude throw a chair last week cause he had to wait 5 more minutes for free food), they have to deal with stupid people who can't answer their own phone then get mad that they supposedly "never got a call" when it's saved in the dominos system that they were called, people never leave lights on for nighttime deliveries then get mad when it's brought back to the store (even though they've been informed several drivers have been robbed already). Honestly the workers here have been verbally insulted, physically assaulted, and mentally exhausted by the stupidity of some of the customers who have come through this place. And I can honestly say most of the negative comments on this section are the same customers I'm talking about, ghetto, impatient, and rude.
Update: the last several customers who've commented almost all are talking out of the asses, especially the one about the extra cheese, he demanded an option that is not available in the entire franchise, he cursed my roommate and his manager out and was asked several times to stop screaming and cursing before my roommate hung up on him, absolutely pathetic customers who lie through their teeth to try and get what they want. Every topping is weighed out, he was basically demanding 4× the cheese which is not an option available, and there's physically no way it can be charged in the system, physically they can put the cheese on but they cannot give free toppings away especially to a spoiled brat like the guy on the phone, once again this store isn't perfect but policies are being followed, and people are doing their jobs, and ghetto, rude, and lying customers need to get overthemselves and stop trying to make other peoples lives harder...
Read moreI used to absolutely love Domino's pizza, then they began tampering with the taste and developing a huge marketing campaign to let everyone know they changed everything. Apparently they thought the reason sales were dropping, was people had become bored with the taste. My opinion was the ingredients weren't consistently fresh, delivery times were terrible, leading to luke warm pizza, yet we paid full price and tipped the driver. Items were missing and the pizza looked as if it had been 4 wheeling. I say all that to say this. In my opinion they should have improved their hiring and training practice, focus on ensuring drastically improved quality assurance. So I gave them yet another chance, this time I went inside to order and take out. The pizza I got didn't have what I ordered and was charged for. So the shift leader kindly asked if i would like it remade. I said yes and got to wait another 20 minutes. This pizza came out, boxed up and handed to me with a friendly smile and a "Have a good evening". I looked in the box, and let me say, in no way did this pizza resemble any picture Domino's advertises. Skimpy ingredients not even spread evenly. I took the pizza out to my truck and began eating. It just tasted terrible, I wish I had just made a sandwich. Oh yeah did I mention I wasn't offered any thanks or complimentary anything for having waited so long.....no fault of my own. Would I...
Read moreBeing in a new housing addition, we figured they’d be some issues and we have definitely run into them with this store. When we first moved, I placed an order (20-30 min.. okay, cool. That’s fine.) About an hour later, I get a call from the manager saying they’ve cancelled the order because the housing addition isn’t in their delivery zone. This is about 9:15pm.. Already irritated, I go ahead and choose the in-store pickup and show the manager the housing addition on my maps. He understand and has me call on the following orders to that store. No biggie there.
However, something happened today that has pushed me over the edge. I placed an order, again, through the app. It automatically chooses what store the order goes through, etc, etc.. I wait the normal 20-30 minutes.. I continue to wait 45-1 hour.. I call up to see what’s going on, and with no call or no email, the employee on the other end says they “decided to cancel the order”. The reason for this is because there’s a new store that just opened YESTERDAY. Now, the fact that there was no call, no email, nothing to tell me that my order was cancelled is just not good customer service. I’ve never had issues with dominos in the past, but this store is a joke. Management needs to step up and inform their customers on what’s going on if they “decide” to not...
