The chow mein was tasteless, but quite filling with the Kung Po Chicken on top of the bowl. I also purchased a chicken eggroll. It looked so good in the case. However, it tasted very bad. It was so bad I had to spit my bite it into my napkin. I asked Karina for a refund of the eggroll, she said that the manager would not be in to tomorrow. I explained that we didn't live near this location and required a refund just for the eggroll. Karina talked to Angie. Angie taught herself how to refund a order. Neither employee was trained in customer service! Truly unacceptable! While this was occurring, Karina handed me a coupon to use later, as I understood it, for a small orange chicken, or small drink (2 spring rolls or beef & broccoli). After Angie refunded the entire order, as she was not trained to just do a partial refund, and I was getting ready to rebuy the 2 bowls of food minus the eggroll, Karina started saying that the "coupon" was supposed to take care of the eggroll cost. She told me to give the coupon back. I wish she had taken the time to ask me or explain what her intentions were regarding the little coupon. I refused to relinquish the tiny coupon.
Karina stopped Angie from recharging my credit card for the items that were eaten. Karina clearly had no understanding of customer protectol, or accounting. Why was she running a register? I tried to explain that since I had received the full refund, it was important to me to pay for the two lunches, which I did. This was not a difficult service issue that was handled incorrectly. Read moreThis is exclusively about cashiers, my mom does doordash and every time we go in to pick up the order they make us wait while the order is already packed and ready to be handed out. There wouldn’t be a problem if it had been a onetime thing or if it was supper busy, but it’s every time we go in, I don’t know if it’s something personal. They always hand out food to other customers that get there after us. Even when they run out of a certain product that we need for our order and have to make more, once it’s out they give it to others first... people that JUST walked in, meanwhile my mom and I have been waiting the entire time. If it wasn’t for one of the cooks that has to stop what he’s doing in the kitchen just come hand out our order. Something that the cashiers should be doing, It’s not fair that someone else is doing their job while they get paid for doing nothing....
