There was this kid there, named David, He seemed uber enthusiastic about being there and got super excited about the hams there. Not only was he delightful, but he truly got me interested and managed to hook me up with a whole ham. Turned out to be way too much but through the freezing means that David explained we managed to make it last longer, we managed to eat the whole thing. I think he should get a raise. I also came back here on October 25th and saw Hu Tao from Genshin Impact working behind the counter. Thought I had walked into the Wangsheng Funeral Parlor for a moment before remembering that it was Honeybaked Ham. I hope I see Hu Tao working there more often. I really liked her.

Update: I wish to update my review here because I need to share something disturbing. I came into the place the Friday before Easter 2024 and while waiting in line, I hear the sound of someone getting hit and a female with a latin American or Spanish accent screaming "Don't ever disrespect me in front of customers again". After getting my ham, I go outside and hear the same voice repeatedly tell someone to go home and telling them about how they'd be replaced. I don't know the context behind this, but I have to assume that the person with the feminine voice hit the other person and they were being sent home in an attempt to cover it up. For those wondering why I did not call police, it's because I do not have concrete proof of my suspicions and didn't want to be charged for filing a false police report. I hope the person that...

Let me tell you about my experience. I placed my order on line because like most of us I only have 30 min. for lunch. When I arrived I noticed they have to registers but only one line. I had to stand on the same line as the customers who were just placing their orders. I stood on line for a long time. Finally I got my sandwich and took of in a hurry and decided to eat on the way back to work because my lunch was almost over. Took my sandwich out of the bag...took the first bite and trust me I forgot all about how long I stood on line to get it. It was DELICIOUS! unfortunately when I reached for the chips to go with it THE BAG WAS ALREADY OPEN and I don't think it was complementary service :( I had to go back in and asked for a different bag and this time I made sure it was closed. We all make mistakes but I would have liked an apology for getting an wide open bag of chips. Overall the experience was not good but the sandwich was delicious. My recommendation for you is order a and pay on line about 30 min before pick up time and asked them if you can go directly to the counter to pick up or if they can set it on the side for you. I have not had the food yet and I have no doubt the Easter ham will be quite tastey for the minimal cooking effort. My complaint is with the pickup process for Easter meals. I ordered online, prepaid and selected a time for pick up. Upon arrival (a little early for my selected pick up time) there is no designated line for prepay orders. Everyone is in one line (prepay, preordered and walk up). After waiting a half hour in line, my qr code is scanned and I am told to wait off to the side while my order is put together. Meanwhile, people who came in after me and did not preorder or prepay are picking any wanted sides and selecting the size ham they would like to purchase from the ready to buy assortment behind the registers. I waited an additional 10-15 minutes while several customers walked out after arriving after me; all because they did not prepay. Unless they come up with a better process for those who plan ahead, do not bother ordering ahead if you plan to pick up your ham a couple days before your planned holiday dinner.
