Went to ivy hall and was taken care of by Tony! He was enthusiastic and he executed my order perfectly 👌

Went to ivy hall tonight, Bryan and Josh chatted with me and asked how my holiday went while ringing me up. The staff here is amazing and they always put a smile on my face before I leave!

Stopped by today and I was greeted with a big smile from Josh! He let me in and I made my way to check out were Gabe put my order together for me. Gabe and Josh were sweet enough to ask how my day was and about Christmas plans. I absolutely love how personable the staff is here! You guys are the best!

Went to ivy hall and was greeted by Eric. I had a couple of questions regarding rewards and he was able to answer my questions. I appreciate how helpful and kind he was.

Visited ivy hall tonight and I was taken care of by josh. Josh, aeric and I had a great conversation and I liked that josh was able to show me my purchase since the bag was see through. Also, Josh made sure all my discounts came off so I could save as much as possible. The whole crystal lake ivy hall team does a wonderful job! Ivy hall is my favorite place ☺️

Went to ivy hall today with no idea what to order. Once I was checked in I was greeted by jeph. He asked if I needed help and he was super helpful! I needed someones opinion on what to try and made a few suggestions. I took his advice and am trying garlic and bananas for the first time. Thanks for helping me make a decision :)

Stopped by ivy hall today and was greeted by Gabe by the front door. He was so kinda to come up to the register so I didn't have to wait in line 😊 while Gabe was grabbing my order Aeric and Lathan asked me how my day was going. I really like how the staff here makes small talk with their clients. It makes me feel so welcomed!

Went to ivy hall 7-10-24. Eddie greeted me at the front door with a big smile! Jeph with no f held the door open for me. Aric the manger had great conversation with me about my weekend plans. Kyle helped me with my transaction and Tim helped apply my bag discount. 😍 Happy highs boys! Get that green! Also when I came in on July 5th dan helped me with my purchase!

Just stopped by Ivy hall and had a wonderful experience. Every time I walk in I'm always greeted by a smiling face. Bryan cashed me out and suggested the Ivy hall bag so I can save money in the future. Bryan and Gabe told me a little bit about my product and both of them asked if I had any plans for the night. My only plan is to enjoy my purchase :). July 2025 update

Still as faithful a customer as ever, and my most recent experience just screams why! HUGE shoutout to Ki and Zoe(spelling?) for helping me and my SO yesterday with our orders! We both had minor issues checking out online, but through their combined efforts, both were able to resolve our issue and make sure we left happy and satisfied! Staff here is why we keep coming back, time and again! Thank you both for the help and the laughs along away, and we'll see you again soon!

November 2024 Update

Though my overall opinion of Ivy Hall corporate has gone down in stars (they get 2.5★ now due to policy changes), my opinion on this location and staff have not. SHOUT OUT TO JUSTIN FOR GOING THE EXTRA MILE! You can't fault A company for a change in policy, only judge how the handle and respond to it, and the staff here really try to make up for the things beyond their control, keeping me a faithful customer time and again!

July 6th 2024 UPDATE

So I've obviously become a regular since originally posting my first review, and to be quite honest my review has only improved, and if I could add a star I would. I am in roughly every 2 weeks (or more) and am never disappointed in the service received. From the amazing events, to the incredible promotions and discounts, to the truly wonderful staff (I'm looking at you, Dan the Man! And not done with you yet) Ivy Hall has a loyal customer and friend in me. - and back to Dan, thank you so much for your help today, and the witty and still professional small talk as I waited on my ride. I have near crippling anxiety and don't leave the house for much these days and was at my limit by the time I hit the counter, but by the time I left my mood was greatly improved. It's people like you that keep me coming back again and again. Thank you to you and everyone for being the best 🫡

Very impressed with this dispensary, and the staff are absolutely amazing.

You get a great vibe the moment you walk through the doors and are greeted with friendly and caring staff. The layout is open and easy to navigate, and there are plenty of people to help guide you through your purchase if you didn't place one ahead online!

Checkout is quick and easy, and the loyalty program along with their store specials and deals make coming back weekly...

This is my favorite dispensary in the area, hands down. It is not the closest nor most convenient for me but it is absolutely always the best option and worth the extra bit of driving, personally. Service is always phenomenal, everyone is glowing and comforting- I have never had an unpleasant experience. I always know what to expect when I walk in which is service that is genuine and kind. I always feel welcomed and comfortable.

Beyond that, everyone is very knowledgeable product wise and always ensuring you know what deals are going on or offering appropriate add-ons when possible. I appreciate the balance of business and comfort the team here has. My check out experience with Gabe, as well as others, is always 10/10. They all know how to read the room and seem to always know exactly what to say- which I believe is important in this business! They are not pushy by any means but still make sure their job is completed effectively.

I'm moving soon and will be sad to be so far away because the dispensaries in the area I'm moving to are NOT IT.
