Horrible service. My parents have been ordering pizza from rosatis in crystal lake since they moved here 2 years ago. There have been multiple occasions, three of which I have been here for, where they have messed up our order and delivered a pizza with the wrong toppings. When I placed the order I specifically mentioned 2 times to make sure all the ingredients were on the pizza before it goes out and I mentioned that there have been multiple times where we have gotten the pizza missing an ingredient. When the pizza came missing ingredients I called to complain. I was told that when I called to place my order I ordered what I got. Why would I order something I didn't want?? The girl on the phone was reluctant to admit any mistake on their end or correct their mistake. Finally said they would send another pizza with the correct toppings. When I called back to speak to a manager I was put on hold with out being able to say a word. I called back and was able to get her attention before she put me on hold. I asked for a manager and she said she would get one. After a couple minutes of no one coming back to me I called back and was put on hold before I could say a word. I called back and asked who I was speaking with. Bree was her name. Same girl who took my order and put me on hold multiple times. I asked for a manager and she said she would get me one. I was on hold a minute and then I called back. Bree answered again and when I asked who the manager was she said she was the manager. So when I asked for a manager she put me on hold to go get a manager and failed to mention she was a manager. Turns out she was the only manager working and she couldn't give me the name of her manager or the owner. Needless to say I am still waiting on my correct pizza to come and I was treated with great disrespect by this manager. I gave my number and asked for the owner to call me when he's in. We'll see what happens. I wouldn't recommend this place. No one deserves to be treated with such disrespect when you are paying for their services. Myself and my family will never order from this rosatis again. I will be stopping in tomorrow to talk with the manager in person since I was not able to be helped...

With Pizza Places, It's Different, & You Have To See It For Yourself To Get What I Mean...
If I Ask For Food Cooked A Certain Way, & I Double Check It, There's No Attitude, & Sometimes They Get It Right...
I Would Never Expect That From A Place Like McDonalds, Toco Bell, Or The Grocery Store, It Also Depends On Where You Live, & Who Is Running The Food Place Your Buying From, Too...

Read moreI am regular Rosati’s pizza customer for Huntley and Algonquin locations . It was my first ( and last order ) from Rosati’s pizza crystal lake location . I never had such a bad experience ordering pizza . I was verbally abused by STORE MANAGER!!!!! While writing this review I am still shocked how a such this type of people can become a store manager!!!! I placed order online for two pizzas and 12 spicy wings and 12 mild wings delivery from crystal lake location ( at that time it’s the only location was open on Christmas ) After I got email confirmation for my online order , crystal lake maneger called me and said they are out of mild wings . So I said we will take 24 spicy wings instead then I confirmed my order . Approximately one hour I got my online order delivery I realized that I had 17 wings insted of 24 . ( besides burned pizza and wings ) . I decided to call back and complain about missing wings but the store manager didn’t want to resolve this problem and hang up on me right away and verbally abused me .
