Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Crystal River

Myself and my fiance are sitting here waiting for the owner to call me because the manager couldn't fix the mistake that was made on our pizza, We really like Little Caesars Pizza when we have pizza and the Crystal River location is closer to us so went and my fiance ordered a regular large pizza with light sauce and add mushrooms got home had a little more then the usual amount of sauce on it and no pepparonis so I called the store around 8:00 to 8:10 spoke with Cassie and she said she couldn't do anything she had to take my name and number and the owner would call me here it is 8:33 and still no phone call asked if she had a way I could take a picture and send to them to see what I was talking about to be honest not trying to get a freebie, but wanted to get the pizza the way my fiance had ordered for us correct live in Beverly Hills really couldn't afford the gas to go back to Crystal River tonight wanting them to fix their mistake and had to go ahead and eat not wanting to really until I heard from owner but was hungry thats why we went and got the pizza in the first place, and now still waiting on the call from the owner and it's now 8:40 and still yet no call from the owner nor the manager Cassie. Don't get me wrong Little Caesars is still good pizza great even but deserve to have the correction of the pizza that was actually ordered so that's why I gave them 1 star. So hopefully will hear from Cassie the manager or the owner sometime soon. Took a couple of pics but don't know where they went on here. Okay just an update its now 10:27 and no phone call yet, so fixing to give them a call. Wish me luck! Okay then, no answer what so ever. I don't like giving bad reviews but this little caesars pizza place are disrespectful about getting in touch with their customers and fixing there mistakes, not contacting them, not making it right with them, not apologizing for getting the order incorrect. It's bad when you take the last bit of money and going to the pizza place that you like in another county instead of going to 1 of the 3 different pizza places in the same area where I live, cause the gas to go from here to there and the pizza price could have got one here now my acid reflux is going to keep me up all night. I'm from Gatlinburg Tn and I'm all about responding, apologizing when I've done something wrong or have made a mistake and deffinetly all about respecting other people exspecially a customer that would have went back for there pizza so I guess if I decide to eat from little bitty caesars pizza place again it'll be from Inglis or Dunnellon because cassie the manager and the owners were not polite at all with not contacting me back. I called them yesterday to order 12 pizzas for the homeless. I spoke to a woman who answered the phone the first time and I asked her if I could place the order she rudely told me I could do so through the app. I really did not want to use the app because I did not have my glasses on. That’s why I was calling the store directly. So I downloaded the app. I did not know that they don’t do five dollar pizzas anymore so I called back to the store and I said hi it’s me again jokingly I said could you please help me place this order? I can’t find the pizza I need. She laughs at me and makes fun of the fact there hasn’t been a five dollar pizza in years there. I was extremely appalled by the behavior of your staff when someone was asking for help. I was also very appalled that someone would turn away $100 food order first thing in the morning.. I went in to get 2 hot and ready cheese and pepperoni the guy explained they just sold their last pepperoni but they have two cheese I simply looked at him and asked if he could make it for me anyways he said yes it will be 15 I said okay I’ll wait no problem so I waited received my pizza and took it home when I opened my boxes I had two old not even got anymore cheese pizzas.
