Absolutely the poorest professional staff I've ever had to deal with. Instead of deescalating a situation, the Black Manager treated an 87 year old, 30 year Retired Navy Master Chief with such disrespect it disgust me. I recommend any Veteran to avoid this store like the plage. We had a dispute with T-Mobile about a representitive of another store who traded in our phones when we explicitly said we did not want to trade our phones. We just wanted to speak with someone concerning our problem. We were extremely calm, joking with an employee while we waited 20 minutes for the manager to arive at 11:am. When she arrives we very calmly explained the situation, Instead the manager, a black female just pointing us in the right direction, she imploded a simple question to a loud argument by saying she didn't have to do anything. She refused to answer one simple question and Instead insisted there was NOTHING SHE COULD DO ! All she had to do was direct us to the corporate "611" to take care of our concernes, BUT she didn't, probably because of poor training, or just because she's straight up incompetent. She instead insisted on giving us an attitude and refusing any professional help. This manager should be FIRED she is absolutely a detriment to their business. I plan on reviewing to all my Veteran groups, my experience with your business, well with this actual store. I will be making reviews with everyone concerning her incompetence and this store and how they treat the elderly (an 85 year old Veteran) and Veterans in this community. This store is a disgrace. INCOMPETENT, UNPROFESSIONAL From other reviews I can tell the owner is going to say sorry for your experience. Well let me tell the owner, THATS NOT ENOUGH. I will review this store everywhere, and make sure I relate to everyone, I know, and talk to, about the way we we're treated in your store, our experience cost us over $500 as an end result of your managers experience. She absolutely has a feeling of entitlement and holds NO RESPECT for the elderly or Customers...
Read moreNot sure where to start. Went into the Crystal River store to purchase new phones. The staff kinda new what they were doing but definitely could use more training. We chose our new phones and wouldn’t you know they didn’t even have any in inventory. We allowed them to order the phones which took about 3-4 days to arrive. Wouldn’t you know they were the right make and models but wrong colors. When we took them into the store, they said “well you could use put a case on them and no one would ever know”. SMH, I asked what the process was to return them and they informed us we’d have to contact customer service at the corporate office (which was a joke as well). I followed all the instructions to return the phones and was told I would not get my credit back for the phones or activation fees which totaled over $300 until the phones were returned and scanned back in. I dropped the phones of in the original package at the nearest UPS store and tracked the package all the way back. After about 3-5 days of the package arriving at origin, I inquired about my refund. I was basically told that they couldn’t locate the package and I would not get my refund until the phones were located. Talk about piss-poor quality control. Not only did they send me the wrong phones, now they can’t even locate the phones that were sent back using there return labels. To this day, I have still not received my credit back or any follow ups from T-Mobile. The phones were received at origin on February 12th! I ended up going down the street to Verizon and wow!!! What a difference in customer support, professionalism, knowledgeable, and experience! Very satisfied with our new phones and service from Verizon. Hands down, far better than T-Mobile. Turns out, T-Mobile had thousands of law suits against them last year alone...yep! Google it!! Guess I don’t even need to explain what I did about this experience. Would definitely not recommend T-Mobile to anyone! I would give no stars but it made me out one to write...
Read moreWe've had thee worst experience with AT&T, so I was looking into changing carriers but not yet committed. After recently dropping our internet, we signed up with T-Mobil to give them a try. It started off bumpy, due to a bad SIM card and CS on phone said to visit my nearest location. Frustrated already, that visit too made me regret my business needs, but....Barb stepped in right away and simply listened to me and the issue was instantly resolved. She asked who our phone service was thru, not to sell me anything, rather to ensure I reaped benefit of $25 off our $50 business internet cost. I run my concerns by her, my Wife expressed hers. And after Barb went above and beyond, out of her way to calculate the cost thru T-Mobil resulting in 3.5hrs of her time transferring 4 lines and making sure we left with everything we entered her store in except the frustrations, aggravations and helplessness....we pulled the trigger and joined T-Mobile business phone plan. Long story short....Barb gave us the numbers, set in stone for the life of our plan resulting in $300 per month savings.
To pass the time (2hrs for my phone to transfer over) she learned about our family, and our business. I gave her advise to relay to her Spouse interested in our business (Owner Operator Trucking) and gladly answered any and all questions just as she did for us. Even left her my number to give to spouse to assist in moving along in their business endeavor.
Nobody asked me to leave a review, but...its only fitting to leave a review for her efforts to please everyone she interacts with and the way she manages her Team is beyond worthy of praise. Truly a Professional, out to please a potential Customer.
I hope T-Mobile values Barb as much as we did and will as long as...
