Everything was just PERFECT!!!!!!!!!!! After being in Old San Juan, then Vueques, and a lot of ups and downs with expenses and air bnb's! Culebra and this very place just made everything all the better. From the beautiful chilled outdoor seating!! To all the friendliest cats and dogs!!!!! All of them!!! To the amazing portions and the CHEAPEST!! Butbliterally worth SO MUCH MORE!! It Def was the perfect way to end our 1st of 3 nights in Culebra. We highly HIGHLY recommend coming here. We were walking late night to find a place to eat near our AirBnB and found this place open at 9 pm. And oh my goodness was it an oasis! The food was exceptionally delicious, the seafood tasted fresh and the owner was kind and friendly - she gave us tips on how to cook the dishes that we savoured. I got a shrimp and octopus mofongo for $14 and it was better than anything I'd had in restaurants that charged us more for a tiny portion. My family had a fantastic meal here. It is open until 10PM and we were so happy that our kids were able to eat rice and beans, super yummy fried pana (highly recommended), yuca frita (fried casava), amarillitos (sweet fried plantain) and mofongo (green fried plantain) in the late evening. Locals eat here and while we were there Wilma cooked and served a lot of clients in a timely manner. It is an outdoor seating/food truck kind of place, they have several stations to watch your hands which was very useful to us because our kid played with rocks while waiting...
