The service was very slow. We placed an order which consisted of an appetizer and a main dish, 50 minutes later the food wasn’t ready. We alerted the staff about the long wait and asked for an ETA as we had to leave. They asked for 5 more minutes, we gave them 10 and asked for the food to be packed as we had to leave to board our ferry. 10 minutes passed and still no food so we got up to pay for our drink and cancel the food order but they declined to cancel and said “no refunds” and “we’re not responsible if you have to leave for the ferry” even though we had not paid for anything yet.
