Ordered delivery using some rewards points for one of the items. No calls, no updates, took over an hour before the driver showed up. Order was old and dry, missing all the sauces, and completely missing the salad. Later I was brought a random warm salad out if nowhere. Finally the manager calls back the next day and gives me rewards points on my account as a credit. Rewards points which I must PAY money to use for delivery. I cannot get a free item even if I pick it up myself they still put an 89 cent random charge. So do not ever accept their apologies or their rewards points, neither is worth the time it takes to type about them.
Update: A week in and now the Manager just ignores me and I'm having to go to corporate. They still seem to think making the customer pay twice for their mistake is a good business practice. No one can even explain why they do it. Waiting for an explanation. 2nd update: Two weeks in and now the manager ignores me and corporate doesn't respond either. Sadly this particular store has lost a customer for life and doesn't care. So, if you want to order pizza from here. Don't expect to get the correct order, on time, and don't expect them to actually care when they screw you over 3x in a row and lie about it. We use this location because it's the closest to our house and I like not having to drag my kids out of the car to go in. However, with the wait times I've been experiencing here, I could drive to any other pizza place that we have here in Cullman. For example, today I waited for my carside delivery for 32 minutes. I waited 16 minutes before calling the store and she apologized and said they'd have my order right out. I waited another 16 minutes before my order was brought out by a delivery driver who had seen me sitting there on her way in. They left out part of my order once, next time my order was over an hour late after the app said it arrived. Now I placed an order to receive a call back and say they were closed and wouldn't be making my order, they wouldn't transfer it to the other dominoes and informed me it would be a few days before I received a refund.
