Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Cullman

Ordered portabello cheese steak sandwich for takeout. When it arrived at my house, there was no cheese on it. Called the store to inquire about the missing cheese. Young man that answered the phone said that cheese was an add-on. I asked him why it was called a cheese steak sandwich. He just insisted that it did not have cheese. After about 15 minutes of trying to make him understand the mis-information, he offered a refund for the sandwich and I accepted. However, he did not have the ability do a refund, and asked a coworker for assistance. The coworker said the manager had to process the refund and was not in. She (allegedly) took my information so a refund could be processed. That was February 22. I still have not...

The Cullman, Al location on Cherokee Ave is a train wreck!!!! The three guys that were working there were rude and you could tell they only cared about getting a paycheck. The location was dirty, the A/C was turned down so it was hot inside. I asked if the A/C was broke and the employee was rude and said, "No, I'm just not turning it down." No Ice at the location either! I asked about Ice and the employee, again being rude said, "No, and they won't fix it either." We got our food to go and when I got home, out order was conpletely wrong. I've been to other locations that were clean, the staff was friendly, and the food was amazing. This location is by far the absolute toilet of Jersey...

Don’t ever come here when the black haired girl and blonde haired girl are there, unless you have all the time in the world that day, they served 3 people before ours and had to wait over 20 minutes for our food when all we ordered was 2 simple mini sandwiches, and we actually had to tell the girl that she was making someone else’s sandwich before ours and made us late back to work when we couldn’t even enjoy our lunch, and before this we didn’t go to this location because we found a foot long hair in our sandwich and when we finally come back they do this…. Worst...
