Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in Cullman

Currently at Moe’s and had a pretty frustrating experience. When we walked in, five employees were just standing around talking while only one woman was actually working. She was friendly and took our order — I ordered a quesadilla. While it was cooking, none of the other employees were paying attention to it, and when it came time to pay, I noticed it was still sitting on the grill.

When I got the quesadilla, the cheese wasn’t fully melted — only about half of it was. I politely asked if they could just heat it a little more to finish melting the cheese (not remake it, just melt it). Instead of helping, one of the guys started going back and forth with me saying it was melted and it was already crispy. Then another guy jumped in with the same attitude, opened it, and insisted it was done — even though half the cheese clearly wasn’t melted.

The only bright side was the lady who originally helped us — she was great. But next time, I’ll just ask for the whole thing to be remade upfront to avoid this kind of back and forth over something so simple.

I also wanna add my sister got a salad and the lettuce was frozen. Please do better. I love moes in Birmingham but this location was not it...

I wouldn't eat at this Moe's again. I was really looking forward to eating here as I'd heard good things about it. I was very disappointed.

When you first walk in, they shout out Welcome to Moe's! It's quite jarring, doesn't seem sincere and contrived. The two employees spoke so fast, I had to ask them several times what they said. There was no one when we dined there, so I don't know what the hurry was.

I had the bowl. It was OK. I got a lame serving of carnitas. About one small scoop. Not a good value for what I paid. I was hungry an hour later. I expect to be satisfied and full when I pay for dinner, not still hungry shortly thereafter.

I would have been far better off buying some snacks at the grocery store. I would have saved money and probably been far...

Great queso dip. Tonight I tried the steak and it was tasty and rather tender. I ate just a small serving of steak and some queso, with this black cherry chipotle dip which was unique but tasty and this quac/s/c dip which is really good especially if you like avacodo and sour cream. It was good. My kids always love the toys offered in the kids meals. This spinny top was so much fun to play with. They still play with the sharks from last order a couple months ago. My husband enjoys the homewrecker burrito with ground beef. It’s tasty. I give a 4 for atmosphere only because it’s nothing superb, I didn’t hear any music and there’s nothing super fun about it, but it is clean and the employees...
