Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Cullman

If i could give this place zero stars, I would. I almost never complain, especially to the point of writing a review. I've worked many customer facing jobs in my life. My family used to get a pizza every Tuesday and every time, something was wrong on it. We order it online and pick it up in the store. One of the past times we ordered a stuffed pizza that was soooooo wrong I had to drive all the way back to get them to fix it. instead of letting me read my correct order off to verify that they get it right, they assured me they have the original order saved and will make it correctly, and sure enough, it was completely wrong. Its stuffed so I couldn't just pull it apart in the store. both tickets that day were what I was supposed to get, they just didn't read. twice (there was no-one else in the store. they weren't busy, they were sitting in the floor in the back of the kitchen area). Now, Were currently waiting for a pizza that was ordered at 4:30 and its now 5:39. Like I said, I literally never take the time to write reviews because life is too short to be pissed off about this stuff. But its actually so mind-blowing how incompetent they...

The website does not adequately let a person not familiar with this business know that the pizza is NOT cooked. I spent almost $20 for a raw pizza while visiting Cullman and staying the night in a hotel. The staff, while friendly, offered no assistance for my predicament. Fortunately. I was able to get a very customer friendly Mexican restaurant to cook the pizza that I had purchased from Papa...I will admit that the pizza was most tasty but I was Extremely DISSATISFIED with my experience with Papa Murphy...and will never buy there again. The Mexican restaurant BTW was BuanaVista and I will spend my money there...

We been placing an order every tuesday for a very long time. They cannot seem to get the pizzas right. They even called me to say they were out of Italian sausage problem was I clearly put in I wanted no Italian sausage. Maybe hire people who can at least read. Its s shame we loved their pizzas. But after 4 times of pizzas being wrong and calling and telling them they need to pay attention they do not care to get it right so now on tuesday we spend our money at Marco's. Much nicer people and it's...
