I’ve been a loyal customer at this Starbucks, always ordering drinks along with a pup cup for my dog and even tipping extra every single time. Today, however, I had one of the rudest and most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had at any Starbucks. And the funny part is, it’s always the same guy who acts this rudely. At the drive-thru, I politely asked for the pup cup in a medium cup since I have a big dog. The barista made it seem like a huge problem, acting as if I was asking for something unreasonable. This has never been an issue with any other employee before—everybody else has been accommodating and kind about this simple request. When I pulled up to the window, he didn’t even greet me—he just barked out the total, shoved my drink at me, and slammed the window in my face. I still needed my receipt and napkins, so I waited. I even honked to get his attention, and he flat-out ignored me. That is beyond disrespectful. If you hate your job that much, then quit—there are plenty of people who would gladly work here and actually treat customers with basic respect. This location clearly has no regard for customer service, and I will never be back. I first tried to order a seasonal specialty only to be told they were out of the syrup and the topping for it. Next I ordered my usual venti decaf frapp only to be told they had already taken down the defa esspresso bar for the night. The barista offered to make it with regular coffee and when I said I couldn't have regular due to medical reasons I was offered NO coffee in it. HELLO it's STARBUCKS I want to taste the coffee in my coffee Frappuccino. It's a Friday night and they don't close for 2 1/2 more hours!!!!!! When I asked why they had already taken it down 2 1/2 hours before closing he replied (and I quote) "we have a LOT (exaggerated eye roll here) of cleaning to do at night". So I replied "So you'd rather kill your customers than clean when you close"? Turned around and walked out. How incredibly stupid of a business! Read moreThis Starbucks used to be one of the best. The older lady at the drive thru makes my experience the worst every time. So many back handed remarks. Mobile order takes the place of speeding up the ordering process. Heaved forbid you place your mobile order 3-4 minutes away. She’ll have some smart comment about the time you placed it and state they need 5-10 minutes before?? Meanwhile there’s 4 cars in front of you and you’re waiting anyway. What does the time of placement have to do with anything? If I didn’t order on the mobile app, I’d order at the speaker, will I need to sit there for 5-10 minutes then drive back thru the line? She’s the worst. I’ve never had a nice experience with her and dread hearing her voice every time I pull up to the speaker.
