09/11/2025 18:42 For the love of all that is fast food!!!!! Why! Why can't you get an order right?!? I tried the Discovery Luxe Box to take out. I get home and all I had was a flat stale cold taco, a cold Dorito taco, and a tiny bag of chips with a cup of cheese dip! Look below! DO YOU SEE A TREND HERE? Why can't you get it right?!?! Holy Crap pass me the KFC menu!

10/29/2023 18:03:56 Ok, I came back through to try again....a little bit better? The Nacho fries were cold, the cheese dip was hot, the black bean crunch wrap was Luke warm. At least I couldnt freeze the warts off my dogs rear with it....do I need to bribe someone here to get hot nacho fries?? Also, no one EVER EVER EVER says, "Hey, sorry dude". 3 strikes and you're out though Taco Bell.

10/27/2023 18:17:22 After almost 5 years, I went back through the drive thru. Ordered 2 Crunch Wraps, 2 large Nacho fries, and 2 lg drinks. The Nacho cheese was hot, the fries were stone cold, and the crunch wraps literally felt like they came out of the fridge. What gives Taco Bell?

12/10/2018 4:51:47 PM Order 334558 The bean burrito that I paid for was not in the bag. I would have called but, the drive back to town in traffic and weather was unthinkable. The girl at the drive thru needs to speak up....can't hear her on the speaker. I just want you to know that I work hard for my money. It may not be much of a deal to pay for something that I didn't get, but it's enough to keep me from going to this...

Tonight was the last time I will be spending money at this location. Over the last year I have been here more times then I care to recall because Dad loves his Taco Bell. What I can tell you is this Location has NEVER not once got our order correct. Our orders are simple and not complex. We normally get number 9's and ask for no sour cream. We then order some side items unmodified. The rest of the order depends on what Mom wants. No reason they should be messing anything up.

Tonight was the first time they got the no sour cream right. However they didn't Give us our Yellowbird nachos. I know I should have checked everything given the history of this place. Guy said have a good night while handing me the order and I didn't want to hold the line up and drove off home to the country.

I don't live in town and so it costs more in gas then the items they leave out or get wrong. So I normally deal with it. Like I said it is partially my fault for not checking the order but a big part of people not doing their job.

There have been to many times I have paid for items and not gotten them in the order(not everytime but often enough). It has been like $5-$10 worth (Totaling over $100 total no joke) when they leave items out. For now on when Dad gets his Taco Bell craving, I will drive to the...

Terrible. We DoorDash an order from there, and we received the order with correct receipt and wrong food. So my husband and I decided to drive there because we paid for the food! We tell them we received the wrong order, they take back the wrong order we received. I also didn’t think the employees we’re supposed to actually take the food that had been unsealed by the person receiving the order back in to their restaurant. So they give us the correct order so we thought, get home they had the receipt to go by, and still couldn’t get our order right. My husband asked for a steak Crunchwrap, he got a ground beef one. And then the extra sauces for the extra couple dollars we PAID for still didn’t get it right. I also had asked for my extra sauces and I got the guacamole but none of the other extras I asked for.
