Go order a loaded crossanwhich. Can I get Mayo on it ? We can give you a packet. Do you put mayonnaise on the burgers for customers? I mean can you not put it on breakfast. This happened more than once. One time I actually went in to order this and girl said we don't have a button for that .
I see you have burgers on your breakfast menu so I figure I'll order a number 13 double whopper. Order , pay at window, then they tell me can you pull up we have to cook it. Tell me before I pay.

Final straw that breaks me from going back to hwy 157 Burger King. Pull up to speaker at drive thru. I would like a number 13. Girl on speaker replies back aaaaahhhh wait a minute she comes back on our broilers are down we have no way of cooking the meat. It's 8:50 in the morning someone better call a broiler technician cause lunch starts in a little over 3 hrs and I'm pretty sure noone will be told our broilers are down at lunch. I mean how do you cook your other breakfast meats if broiler don't work?

Read moreNever in my life had I been so horrendously serviced. This location managed to start my year off absolutely horrible. I come in after a 40 minute drive for my first meal of the day. I pull in and had to wait by the speaker for 10 minutes to get my order taken. I order 2 whopper meals one with no tomato no onion and no ketchup and an order of nuggets. After waiting another 10 minutes for my order, I take a sip of my coke that tasted off as if it were expired or made wrong with too much syrup. This isn’t the worst part though. I’m pulling off and I look into my bag and pull out a burger with no pickles no tomato and no onion. I look around to at-least be satisfied by having received the rest of my order only to find my nuggets were also missing. I come back and have to wait another 15 minutes for my order to be fixed. This time I receive a bag which had a smaller bag that to my assumption contained nuggets, so i go to check my burger and it was also wrong and i informed them so they handed me another i pull up a bit to check and it was also wrong. As I was too far ahead I circle around to come in. I inform a different employee what had happened and ask for either a refund or a remade burger. She tells me she can have it made right. I get the burger and it’s finally right this time except as I’m eating it on the way home I realize its very squishy and the meat wasnt cooked thoroughly, I’m done after this and am unable to finish my burger. I head home relieved I atleast have the rest of the food for my family. However as I unopen my small bag I realize they didn’t even give me nuggets and it was actually some hard cheese sticks. December 4th we decided to eat lunch at Burger King in Moulton, AL. After eating more than half of my Sandwich (Crispy Italian) I noticed something small and dark colored rolling around as I was moving my sandwich around in the wrapper. At first I thought it was just a charred piece of my chicken sandwich. Uh, I was wrong! It was an insect, one I've never seen before. I was completely grossed out and after telling my family, they too were done eating. I was beyond livid, so my step son called Burger King about the incident and the only thing Burger King in Moulton had to say was "what kind of bug was it? and come back and we will give you coupon"…… WHAT! So next we decided to contact Burger King online which was a dead end too. Burger King online said "We are unable to process a refund of any kind. We apologize for your recent experience and if you will make an account with us we will be happy to send you a $15.00 coupon…… ARE YOU KIDDING ME! Now I'm thinking I better step it up a notch so I decided to take the left over sandwich and bug to my local health department. I was told by the lady at the front desk that she would put my info on the desk of the person who will be taking care of this. To this day I've not heard a word from anyone at the health department. Burger King in Moulton and Burger King Corp are more concerned with handing out coupons than investigating this situation to hopefully prevent this from happening again, and it seems like my local health department just...
