I stop at the store only to get the energy drinks. The staff is friendly there and no one ever seems to be in a bad mood. My BIGGEST CONCERNING ISSUE is that they constantly leave the donuts on the glass case by the register uncovered all the time. I spoke to staff about leaving the donuts out because when customers pay, they are literally in arm reach of those donuts and if they cough or sneeze, that’s going to get on the donuts. When asked why they leave them out they act like they have no clue why. I’ve asked for the owner but he never seems to be in the store and they stated he lives very close to the store. On several occasions when I come there, morning or evening, the owner or manager is never there. Leaving food out can cause harm to someone who may be elderly, have low immune systems, sensitive to diseases can cause them to have more problems for worsening of sickness to death. Since I was unable to get anyone local, I called the corporate office to make a complaint. I’m advising from a health standpoint, not to eat any donuts from there since the staff or management doesn’t seem to care about the preservation of food items that can sit out for public access, or flies if they get into the store. I’ve made these requests for months and since I keep getting ignored I decided to post this publicly. Please use caution if you buy donuts there. I believe the other food...
Read moreI recently ordered two boxes of coffee for a work event. There was a mishap with the app. Thank goodness I took a screenshot after I placed the order so I had proof that it was paid for. I was given my order and left. I ended up coming back later that day to order another box for our afternoon staff. I was trying to do the right thing and follow up with the manager to make sure the payment went through for the coffee I picked up that morning. Regardless if the app mishap was due to user error or an app malfunction, the information he was giving me about what and how it happened was useless. What was important was did the payment go through. I didn't have to follow up to make sure everything worked out i was just trying to do the right thing. The manager was not letting me get a word in inch wise which escalated the situation, I was now mad. The finger pointing for the app error was unprofessional and rude to the point his staff apologized for him. Since we ran out of cups quickly with the 2 boxes I picked up that morning I asked for extra cups with the third box. The employees all looked around at eachother not sure if it was allowed until one said I could only get what I paid for. I will not be purchasing anymore coffee for our staff at this...
Read moreThis morning I stopped at Dunkin Donuts in Culpeper to purchase a bagel pack. I was shocked to learn that Dunkin does not offer this. The cashier proceeded to charge me INDIVIDUALLY for 12 bagels ($27.99). After I inquired if I could purchase a container of cream cheese, the cashier asked another employee to assist me. This employee proceeded to charge me INDIVIDUALLY for cream cheese on every bagel. Watching my total climb to over $49.00, I interrupted the sale and asked if I could just purchase a container of cream cheese, which I was told they do not offer. After I refused to pay over $50.00 for 12 bagels & cream cheese, I went to Panera bread and was pleased to learn that they offer a baker's dozen bagels for $16.99 and a container of cream cheese for $3.69 extra. While at Dunkin, when I requested to speak with a manager, I was told that he doesn't arrive until 9:00 am (I visited this location at approximately 7:00 am). With the competion being so fierce, you would think that Dunkin Donuts would be accommodating. Do...
