Dunkin' — Restaurant in Cumberland

I go here fairly regularly and the iced coffee is always pretty fresh compared to some other Dunkin locations I've been to. However recently I've been extremely disappointed any time I've ordered donuts from this store. Seems like every time I get a frosted donut from here, I receive it dropped frosting-side down, stuck to the bottom of the bag. All of the frosting peels off and I'm left having to scrape frosting with a knife off the bottom of the paper bag. Huge bummer and just shows a lack of attention or care on the part of the crew here. I think some retraining is in order, because it's not hard at all to place the donut with care into a bag. I even had this happen to me on free donut day - when they were using these small individual bags. Not sure how that even happens unless you're just paying zero attention to what you're doing. Probably will not be ordering...

This place has slid pretty much down the drain!! Limited hours:they sometimes close as early as 1:30pm!! Since they had a major COVID outbreak between the employees,they have many quits and nobody wants to work here anymore!! This location in its glory days used to open to MIDNIGHT about three years ago!! The recent remodel was useless! Some lady from cooperative was helping out for a few weeks,and location was open until 8pm,but since she left last week,same old issue,closing before 2pm,and only drive thru access and even closed on some days! Location won’t make it through the summer!! Owner’s son is HATEFUL and is in a relationship with the manager who are hateful and call their customers losers! I stop at this location because it is close to my house . Today I was at drive thru and I started ordering two drinks and girl asked anything else ...... I was still looking and she said , anything else rudely . I said no that's it because of the rush . I drive forward to the window to use my DD perks on my cell when she hands me my ice coffee not even shaked . Then she handed us the 2nd drink , that suppose to have whip cream , guess what no whip cream , I told her and she rolled her eyes as to say what the ** . She put the whip cream on it and didn't say anything . Very poor customer service . Well I spend around $100.00 a month at DD . I may have to rethink my spending and go to Cumberland farms down the road . At least my order would be correct and I would save at least $60.00 a...
