McDonald's — Restaurant in Cumberland

Food was good, service was unacceptable. My fiance and I wanted to try the signature burgers and they were very good, along with the fries. We ordered our food at the kiosk for Eat In and then paid at the register and finalized our orders. We sat down and after a few minutes the night manager brought food out to another table and then went back into the kitchen. Another couple minutes went by and my fiance's order number was called and she was handed a bag of food. Shortly after, my number was called and they handed me a bag of food as well. I gave them a questioning look and the employee just retreated into the kitchen. We sat back down with our food and ate it.

The entire time we were in the restaurant, the night manager (who must have been late teens), never put her phone down, even when she was delivering food to customers. While we were paying for our orders, she has the phone next to her and kept glancing at at. When we first walked in, she had a friend sitting at the counter chatting with her and did not even bother to acknowledge we had entered. We were obviously confused about how to order, but she offered no assistance about how to use the kiosk to place our order, we we're just left to our own devices.

All in all I was unimpressed by the service and will go out of my way to go to the McDonald's at the other...

The absolute worst McDonalds ever! The Drive-thru service at night is appalling! My wife and I refuse to go to this McDonald's just for that reason. Always immature and rude behavior when speaking to customers and taking orders. It is the same young man time and time again! We had to stop the other night 8/23/2023 07:45pm order 58 because of time and as usual the horrible service started with this same young man. Rudely welcomed and it took four time to take my order. Four times I had to repeat a simple happy meal order. When scolded and questioned about behavior the shenanigans stopped but then our food took forever. A simple happy meal at a dead drive thru took over eight minutes. Sad service! I guarantee the numbers are way down at this location because my fellow neighbors are as tired of the lousy service! The McDonald's at 100 Mendon Rd Cumberland RI down the road a little more is well worth the drive. I also called an spoke to a manager and but not the manager as he said and he could have cared less. 7/20 Tuesday, 6:30am, My experience was so bad I will never Ever come back! There were 3 people working. 1 making sandwiches, 1 being the manager most likely,and someone mopping the floor with one headphone in one of his ears.They were not busy at all! I stood there roughly 15 min! (No exaggeration!!) I asked the kid mopping, in his only one headphone, is there anyone that can help me??
