Sign says closes 10pm we arrived at 905pm door was closed so we went through drive through there were 2 cars in front we waited and noticed the first car left as did the car in front of us no one was answering the speaker. I pulled to the window and there was two girls laughing inside i waited a few minutes the girs kept looking at us and laughing. I knocked on the window and they laughed again then two boys came out from the back i knocked again and the boy told us they were closed. We have been there a few times and each time the staff was very rude. First time, we asked their flavors since they are not listed and the response was, “we have 31 flavors am I supposed to tell you all of them.” Next time we went in and they informed us we are closing. Third and final time, it was only open for drive through, no flavors listed. We asked how are we supposed to know the flavors and the response was very sarcastic “well you Could ask”. The location was dirty. There was mold in the drink coolers. Spilled ice cream all over the freezer. Teenage staff standing around or worried only about drive thru orders. Tried to order an ice cream sundae and the employee didn't even know what ice cream was which even though I had pointed it out several times and tried to put hot caramel on top of whipped cream? The staff clearly isn't trained and there is no adult oversight. They didn't even have the right size cups so the employee tried putting a Sundae in the kids cup and it was going to be a huge mess....
