Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Cumming

So I have went to this place quite a lot! In the beginning it was really a great place! Dani was such a great employee I met there really above an beyond! Unfortunately my last few visits haven't been that experience! I'm not sure what is going on but I always order the same thing and my last visit I was charged differently! Usually what I get is about $13 which is a lot for a ice cream but it's very good. The last time I went in I was charged about $18 and all my flavors were mixed together which I specifically asked for them NOT to do! $18 for an ice cream that wasn't even the way I wanted it and barely any toppings! When I complained about it I felt as though I was being blamed and they didn't remake it or explain to me why I was charged differently! I honestly thought it was crazy! It makes me not want to go back or recommend this place to anyone! For $18 you can go somewhere else and get multiple ice creams and more importantly be treated with some respect! I don't know why I got charged for toppings that the ice cream came with! And when I asked her not to mix the flavors together she did and then didn't want to remake it! When I asked to speak with a manager I was told they aren't here! I would recommend going to another ice cream shop like Ice cream social or another cold stone location besides this one! We have spent a lot of money here and I have brought in a lot of people to this location so to be treated so poorly was completely a slap in the face! They just do not care! It's unfortunate but I would go ANYWHERE else unless you don't care to be over charged and...

Just got the dubai chocolate icecream, the most hyped one, it would rather rename it to chocolate with a spoon of pistachio cream and kunafa as a topping. The love it isnt worth at all, as the chocolate is dominating too much.

I asked to can they make it for like it size and I will the amount for the loveit, but they didnt accept it. I asked them can they atleast reduce the portion of chocolate and add more of pistachio cream, they said its expensive as they get cream all the way from Dubai !

Totally disappointed with hype for the first time ever with cold stone !

And btw I wasn’t given any option of addition charge for the topping. I would have definitely go for they said like that. I even told them I will pay for love it size, but can you only make like it portion and they said they cant do it.

May be not all your staff doesn’t know about this additional topping charge, and when I asked extra pistachio cream to your team, she mentioned we cant do such as its shipping all the way from dubai !
