I have never had such a bad nail experience in my life. I had a picture of what i wanted and they told me the price would be $100 which is CRAZY to me but I wanted cute Valentine’s Day nails, so I was willing to pay. The lady was only concerned about what she thought MY nails should look like. I originally asked for acrylic and did’t ask just told me sns was a better choice. I was a little annoyed at this point. Then while doing my French tip, I asked her to make it a little thicker because that’s how I like it and she proceeded to tell me that that didn’t look professional and I had to ask her multiple times to make it thicker. at the end I did not like anything about my nails so I asked for no rhinestones like the picture I wanted because the color was wrong and the shape. then when I went up to pay, they told me it was $75 just for sns and gel on top. They charged me for length when my nails were short. They charged me for the shape when I didn’t even ask for coffin. I asked for basically not really sharp almond. I am a college student and don’t have that much money so I proceeded to ask her why it was so much. She started to get an attitude with me and start telling me that she didn’t charge me for the five dollar removal. She then proceeded to take her mask off and get a big attitude with me and raise your voice a little. I told her a place I used to went to wasn’t this much and she said that “then go there next time”. At this point, I felt very disrespected. So I asked for the manager. The front desk lady was very sweet and all of this. When the manager came over, the lady rushed back up to the front and stood right there, so I do not feel comfortable really speaking with the manager and she was right there basically telling him already before I could even say anything. editing/ updating this review as i just love this place so much! but a year later and i still drive an hour to go to this place each time i get my nails done! i always book with katie and sometimes i bring my friends here too 🤍 when they’re with me i give them katie and i’ll use a different nail tech (whoever is available) they’re all good but katie is the best i will say! i’ve had 2 other nail techs do my nails there and they never last as long as katies! katie is very detailed with her work and very precise with shaping (i especially love her coffin shaping)! her work is so good, my nails last over a month if i dont take them off (i wish i get them re done more often but i always need to find time to drive my self and to get them done 😅) i get seated quickly and the service is good here! recently i’ve been just getting plain nude coffin nails, a classic but i love it 💗 and also something about their chairs is SO COMFORTABLE! LOL like idk where they get their chairs from but it forces me to have good posture and sit up straight and even after an hour my back feels so supported and just so comfortable! never sat in a more comfortable chair than theirs 😂

Ah omg I am so obsessed with my nails! They came out so pretty and absolutely perfect! I booked with Katie because I saw her work on Instagram and she did not disappoint! I showed her a few reference photos of what I wanted and she gave me exactly what I wanted! She was super gentle with my nails and the shaping is absolutely perfect! Emi is so sweet and she did a wonderful job on my pedicure. I will definitely be seeing her again! I’m editing my review to add that I came here a second time for acrylic nails and a pedicure. I got my pedicure first and then had to sit and wait for my nails, which is no big deal because I know that it was Friday and they were busy. But once the tech finally got to me, she kept getting up to check clients out (when there was already another tech up there) or to disappear to the back. She told me that I couldn’t have the almond shape for my nails because she cut the nail tips too short and it cost extra. First of all, I’ve never been anywhere that charges extra for that shape. I know that their menu says they charge extra for stiletto shaping, but that wasn’t what I asked for. And second, she left my nails longer than I said anyway and the almond shape would have worked. She kept trying to push me into getting them square which I told her several times I didn’t want. So I ended up with round. Whatever. Then she cut 5 of my cuticles too far and caused bleeding. I wasn’t even bothered that much by it until she buffed my nails super hard and cut the skin further. The only reason I didn’t complain then is because I came with my sister for her wedding that weekend and she already had to wait for me since they did all of her services at the same time.
