The staff and management was very rude and service was slow. The greeter who seated us did not bring us kids' packs (crayons / coloring and kids menus) and when we asked about putting the high chair in a specific location she gave us a big attitude and went on about fire codes. We didn't object to whatever that concern was as we were open to options that would work for both of us but there was no reason for the attitude and combatativeness about it. After waiting quite a long time some manager type came by to ask me if I had shoes I could put on. I don't wear shoes for health reasons. The manager incorrectly claimed there were health department rules - there are not. This may be a common misconception, but it's a bit scary that the person running a restaurant has no idea what is or isn't in the food service health code. After I pointed there are no health codes that prevented him from serving me he changed his tune and said it was store policy. He was very rude about the whole thing. I try to be reasonable and comport with store policy when asked, but the young man was unprofessional and frankly unpleasant. Many people are unable to wear shoes because of disabilities and this sort of attitude is likely to engender a lawsuit. I went to my car and put on a set of flip flops I have just in case and came back in, and we waited and waited and waited. After waiting an inexplicably long time we just got up and left. They seemed to have plenty of time to argue about fire codes and health codes and yet nobody even got around to taking our drink order.
We have young children and are lucky to have 30 minutes of good time before they start getting impatient and difficult to be out with. If we have to spend 25 of those 30 minutes just waiting to get some sort of service it is not worth it for us to eat out. I definitely would not waste my time at this location, especially if you are expecting any sort of...
Read moreLet me start by saying leaving reviews is not my thing but I HAD TO AFTER WHAT I just experienced. First time I called to place a to go order I was on HOLD for about 20 mins twice and eventually I just hung up and ate somewhere else. Fast forward to tonight, I called and same thing but today I had time and just choose to wait on the phone patienetly to see how long it was going to take! First person answered after 3 mins of ringing. Waited about 4 minutes. Second person said “let me transfer you TO-GO. Waited 15 mins to speak to the NEXT PERSON. I stayed on the phone all the way to the store. Upon arrival, I was “semi” greeted by to go and I expressed to the lady that no I’m not here to place a order..I have actually been sitting on the phone waiting for 20min for the third team member to pick up and her response was literally “what can I get you” OH WOW! So damn disrespectful and no customer service. She left me at the counter before I checked out (never came back) didn’t ask for a name or give me a estimated time, NOTHING. Male Manager wasn’t that warming to add. I’ve waited in the parking lot from 5:55 to 6:35 before my food was ready. My food was just sitting on the counter without no name no phone number nothing. So I didn’t know it was mine till manager asked after 5m of standing waiting to be helped. First time coming inside I felt profiled by the color of my black skin then these next two times this. Yeah I am completely done with...
Read moreThis was our first visit to this Chili’s. My son absolutely loves Chili’s so we go as a treat for him about every few months. Today was his birthday and he always picks Chili’s. The service was good. Our waiter wasn’t overly friendly but I know he was busy. The food.. Could have been better. Everything we got was over cooked and almost burnt. My son wanted the Texas cheese fries. The cheese was almost burnt and crispy. He ordered the pizza on the kids menu and I had the fajita combine 3. His Pizza was burnt on the top. Parts of the cheese was black. My steak and chicken were also over cooked and dry. My son never leaves leftovers and he only ate one slice of the pizza. I also only ate some of mine and got a to go box. I told the waiter it was my sons birthday so they could do their Chili’s birthday song like they do every year and he loves. The waiter brought him a small bowl of ice cream and then left. Which I was charged for, for the first ever. Which is fine. A few minutes later we heard them coming out singing their birthday song but it was for another table. No one came for my son. He is 9. He was pretty disappointed. Safe to say we will not be back to this Chili’s and will go back to our regular one we...
