IHOP — Restaurant in Georgia

SO disappointing. Got there at 8.35AM for Mother's Day. I will get to the point after saying that it took a long time to even have someone come to our table to bring menus to our table of 3. Two full sets of silverware, but one set had no spoon. Got 2 glasses of water but never got glass #3. Were served our 3 cups of coffee, but no pot of coffee or offer for refills until about 20 minutes later. $10 for 3 cups of coffee, by the way. People sat down at tables around us. They got their meals. One table finished and left. Our order was "lost" but would be there soon. Two of the breakfasts came out. We were almost finished when they finally brought our grandson's pancakes. Another table that arrived after us had eaten and left by then. The two lemon crepes had very little ricotta cheese filling and were actually flat. The eggs benedict was good. The chocolate-chocolate chip pancakes had little flavor my teenage grandson said, and I tasted and agreed. Took forever to get our check, which was $44 plus tax and tip, and to get the credit card returned. The last time I was at this IHOP was about 2 years ago and I said I would never go back, but this was where my grandson wanted to take me for mother's day. There was slow, inattentive service, a lost order, mediocre food, and not a manager anywhere to talk to. Dinner at Ihop: Philly Cheesesteak

Ihop continues to grow and expand into markets all across the US. They have become a staple stop for us when we travel and even when just running out for something at home. Universal consistency in service and food quality along with sizeable, diverse menu selection makes Ihop a place with something for everyone.

We came into the Dawsonville Ihop for dinner on a weeknight and were seated immediately at a clean, comfortable table. Our server was starting her shift and came over to offer us beverages. She took our food order and was not flustered with my wife's special dietary needs. Our meals were served fresh and hot within a few minutes of our placing our order.

I walked to the back and went into the restroom to wash my hands after ordering and found the bathrooms to be in excellent condition and very clean. They were also fully stocked with towels and soap.

The food is delicious, our Steak sandwich was prepared to our specifications and order. Our server brought us our check as we finished our meal and had us ready to be back out the door quickly so we could enjoy our evening. We would highly recommend the Dawsonville Ihop location to anyone looking for an excellent hot meal...

First impression was terrific we walk in the hostess was so rude she seat us an we ask for a booth after she gives us table , after seeing there's plenty of booths available she responds and says there's no booths available when we can see there's plenty of open booths what she meant was she didn't feel like cleaning any of them and walks away a waitress quickly comes over to us and responds would you like a boost I will clean one. To find out this will be our waitress she was delightful very helpful friendly fast needless to say she got a wonderful tip and turned our experience around the first woman should not be at the hostess station she was lazy and unattentive not Hostess material. Then I go to pay and the next Hostess that's working side-by-side with this hostess is just as bad as her she's slow rude and this is the other Hostess working alongside the hostess they need a clean sweep of their hostesses either that or new Hostess training if that's what they consider their greeters this was last Sunday 9 to 18 was the date of our service in the...
