Via Mia Pizza — Restaurant in Cupertino

I accidentally showed up to the wrong via mia pizza and by the time I realized it the other location had already closed (saratoga ave.) So i informed the guy with glasses (so sorry i didnt catch your name) and he said “its okay this happens alot ill just make it for you at this location and tell the other place to cancel your pizza” keep in mind its 10 minutes before closing. Along with the pizza he gave us a free drink for our troubles and told us that he will make sure that the other locations state where they are located so consumers didnt get confused. On top of that when i got home he included parmesean and some red pepper flakes. I didnt have to ask but he thought about that and being from another state i really appreciated the level of hospitality and kindness this man showed me. Not to mention the pizza was phenomenal! Excellent experience with Via Mia! We ordered delivery for 6 family-sized pizzas for a student event, and each one was a hit -- the flavoring was great, and our students loved the variety of halal options! We had barely any pizza leftover. Also had great customer service experience; they were very patient with the large order and delivery radius, and the delivery person themselves was very kind in offering to help carry the large order to the venue (even though parking was difficult).
