Main pros: -large bottle lotion, hair conditioner, shampoo, soap provided. -Rooms are CLEAN. Do note that housekeeping is once every 2 days. This is from a picky person, no hair spotted and the sheets were clean. -Close to Apple Park (less than 10 min walk) -Close to food (mainly asian- great Korean food tofu house and bb.q Korean fried chicken), a few boba shops just a 5 min walk away! -Ice machine in every level - snacks room was $15 Singapore dollars more and see in pic what is provided… happy with two bottles of water provided because I ordered a snack room (hilton platinum members have free bottles of water x2 otherwise it’s usd3 each) Main cons: -bedroom slippers and toothbrush not provided. -No laundry services, it’s self serve and there are 2 large washing machines at the back. -Other than food, there really isn’t that much more else to do nearby -the room was so so warm because when I turned on the hvac it was HOT air. I ended up opening the window for 2 days. I did ask the receptionist to help me switch to AC, when I went back to my room, it was still hot. Thank goodness I asked another housekeeper for help! On the second go, the HVAC started to blow cold air! So the rest of the stay was comfy! So, don’t give up asking them to switch to cold for u! Neutral points for me: -pool is small -The hallways are dated but the rooms are totally fine! -prepaid breakfast is abit repetitive, mainly eggs, sausage, potatoes as hot food, there is fruit, bagels you can toast and have cream cheese spread on. - some staff were friendly, some staff were not as friendly but they always helped -the sound proofing isn’t the best, I could hear the upstairs neighbour winding down their blinds but for the most part, it is a quiet hotel and allows for rest- except in the mornings when doors are slamming shut. Overall if I were to visit the area again, I wouldn’t mind staying here once more!

I stayed here over the weekend 8-9 April 2023 in room 540 and was so disappointed. I am a diamond member with countless stays at Hilton properties and never once had to leave early due to poor room or service. I filed a complaint with the corporate headquarters and let them know I would wait a week before posting about this poor service, but no response leaves me with only guessing they did not care to try to make things right. So what could be so wrong? Well it wasn't a dirty room, cold water, or anything like that, it was a faulty fire alarm that would go off because of a shower. It happened at night, and we left the room and told the front desk, but they seemed unconcerned and just returned us to our room. The same thing happened in the morning and when we reported it there was no resolution. In frustration, we left several hours early because the alarm would not stop despite having the window as far open as possible. On a good note, the room was spotless, the hot tub was great, tasty breakfast and a great fitness room was all perfect....so was the free and safe parking. I have never been so dissatisfied with Hilton. If they betay8my trust again, I will change my loyalty.

Very DISAPPOINTED with the property. Hard to believe it’s Hilton affiliated for the quality of service/attitude I experienced. The front desk was not professional nor respectful at all.

We booked for one night at this property for a Saturday on bookings 3 weeks in advance and got the confirmation email. However upon arrival we were told that our reservation shows up as for Friday in their system and was marked as no show, although the front desk clearly read that our confirmation email says Saturday.

The front desk was indifferent about the situation, did not provide further assistance beyond”but that’s in our system“and refused to provide information about the property’s supervisor/manager who we might be able to contact. Instead we were asked to contact bookings ourselves to find out what was going wrong with the hotel’s system and who the person in charge is.

Half way through the communication she casually brought up that “the property is actually fully booked for today so even if you get back from bookings we have nothing for you” so we ended up wasting an hour in the lobby and having to find another place to stay after midnight.

For the whole time the front desk didn’t apologize and didn’t even show any understanding for the inconvenience they had brought us. And up till this point we haven’t got any explanations on why the system went wrong nor any updates on refunds.

I’m sharing this unbelievably disappointing experience with potential customers considering booking this property. Save your own time and choose somewhere else that actually values...

Do not stay here! They are liars & THIEVES. I stayed here in December and after checking out I noticed I forgot my speaker in the room. I immediately called the front desk to check the room before housekeeping went in. I was told to expect a call back shortly after. I could not turn around as I had a flight to catch & sure enough, they never called me back either. I then called them a second time & they explained that housekeeping had already cleaned the room & had not found anything. This is the exact reason why I wanted the employee at the front desk to check before housekeeping went in & why I requested an immediate call back. This was a big speaker that could not have been missed. I then got ahold of the manager Monet & requested for her to check camera footage to see who took the speaker from the room because like I said, it was a big speaker. This wasn’t a speaker you could hide. She claims there are no cameras in any hallways, exit doors, etc upstairs that would have captured this. This seems like a lie to me as almost all hotels have at least one camera on every floor whether it be in the hallways, elevator, exits, stairs, etc for liability reasons. This was an expensive speaker & it was gifted to me only 2 months before it was stolen by one of the staff members here. Neither Monet, Angie, or Marisol were helpful so I have had to take matters to corporate. I have stayed at plenty of other better hotels nearby. Please do yourself a favor and take your...
