This is such a great K-Beauty and J-Beauty store! The staff here are incredibly friendly and attentive. They take the time to answer all of my questions and make sure every customer is well taken care of. I honestly don’t mind tipping for such excellent service—especially since their tip option starts at just 2%. Where else can you find that these days? There have been times when I didn’t leave a tip, and the staff still treated me with the same kindness and professionalism. They never make you feel uncomfortable about it.

Wow! & Wow! This place has it all! And I mean EVERYTHING I need for my (pretty lengthy) daily face care routine. Kira Kira is NOT like places like Sephora or Ulta where made-in-Korea products are not available. I usually shopped online until my daughter recommended Kira Kira. Also I need to give Becky a special mention here, because she was the lady who took care of me when I first visited Kira Kira. She really knows the products and patiently explained to me all I needed to know when I asked (which is important to me as I'm in my late 50's and my face care products are now different from when I was a younger woman). Kira Kira is such a fun place to browse. I like treating myself to their huge array of body washes, since some of the packaging is so cute.

They have a good selection of face masks that often go on sale. Their skincare product prices are sometimes higher, sometimes lower than Amazon products, but you can't beat the convenience of getting something ASAP. (Prime just doesn't feel so fast anymore these days.)
